Hello IRS, FBI, and DOJ,
I've sent former DA Steve Cooley an interview request.
All the best,
Kelley
Steve Cooley,
I am writing a book on Phil Spector and Leonard Cohen. I was hoping to interview you or, at the very least, submit questions to you. First, I would like to ask what your position is with respect to Leonard Cohen's three versions of the Spector gun story before LA Superior Court. His testimony in my alleged trial contradicts the statements your office used. While Mick Brown has confirmed that he's reviewed the Grand Jury testimony, I have seen the version in the prosecution motions.
Another question I have relates to your office's decision not to prosecute Leonard Cohen. This man failed to serve me his lawsuit and I intend to pursue that issue in federal court and will now address his excessive perjury in the default judgment matter with Judge Hess. Investigator Frayeh advised me that he hand delivered my letter to you, Jackson, and Do. It was interesting to see your "investigator" in the courtroom during my show trial. I have contacted IRS, FBI, and DOJ and asked them to investigate that. Every word about IRS and tax matters in that trial is a lie. It was astounding to witness the prosecutor elicit testimony about Phil Spector, you, Alan Jackson, and Dennis Riordan. Particularly given the fact that Jackson, Trutanich, and Lacey were running for DA and Mamet had just noted that Spector was railroaded. The prosecutor was clear - your office contacted her about me. LAPD's report notes that your office, in 2005, instructed Cohen to file "intent to annoy" charges. Your office rolled by my house. I didn't insert myself into this situation.
I would also like to question you about Captain Jack Horvath's pathetic letter lying to Judge Vanderet. Your investigator came to my house in 2005. I didn't simply contact your office in 2007. I was clear: Cohen lies about Spector and it's now on the record and his testimony contradicts your version of that incident. Did you think I was running for President, Steve? Is that what you found threatening in my parody email? Do you think the FBI really believes I appointed an FBI director?
I have now filed claims against the City and County and intend to file federal lawsuits. I just want to be clear about that because I am requesting an interview.
One last question: why did you think the IRS, FBI, DOJ, and Treasury were copied in on my emails? Investigator Thompson, who told me I was probably a witness in the Spector matter, questioned me about the Treasury agents visiting me and their questions about Cohen. If anyone wants to know what they're doing, they should contact those parties directly. The IRS and Cohen's tax fraud is not my problem. His theft from me is a key issue. And, the federal tax matters that have now arisen over the fraud default judgment are at issue.
