Hello IRS, FBI, DOJ, and FTB,
This is the Statcounter information re. Gianelli and Walsh for the past few days. Gianelli is reviewing the federal tax and corporate matters issues I wrote IRS about on October 30, 2014.
Please review my son's declaration in the response I provided Contra Costa Court. Both of my sons' emails to Walsh and Gianelli are included in that document. Walsh didn't inadvertently copy my sons and sister on her emails.
The City Attorney, who directed and instructed Gianelli to further harass me (and communicate official messages from that office to me), wasn't copied in inadvertently. I would assume "Streeter' wasn't copied in inadvertently for an entire year.
The entire situation obviously demands an investigation and that extends to LA Superior Court.

I am sorry Rutger Penick, I did not mean to copy you in on my mail to Kelley Lynch. I have not contacted your mother for a very long time, but still she keeps mentioning my name, with accusations of different crimes and guesswork of what I "maybe involved in" with Mr. Cohen, Mr. Gianelli and others, in order to "target and harass" her, on her very public blog and in e-mails to several different authorities (IRS, FBI, DOJ, different judges, attorneys, medias etc.). I have asked her to remove my name from her from all these publications, she refuses.
However, I am sorry to bother you with this, it will not happen again.
