How do you like my stalker? I have about 50 emails from this lunatic in my trash. He even copies in prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter who has no qualms lying about me, the IRS, and going right at Phil Spector. She continues to conceal an email Cohen sent her that impeaches his testimony about Phil Spector holding a gun to his head and totally undermines the version the prosecution used in Phil Spector's matter. Leonard Cohen stole from me. This ledger is fraudulent. I wasn't served the law suit. He's concealed corporate books and records. Investigator Frayeh/DA's office thinks Gianelli is a shady character who may have found a sympathetic ear with Spector prosecutor Alan Jackson about me. Do you see corporate ownership interest on this ledger? How about assets? How about Cohen's millions in loans from an entity that he has taken the position that he's the alter ego of and engaged in self-dealing? I don't have overpayments on my management fees. I was Cohen's personal manager. I own 15% of all intellectual property dating back to 1967. Cohen just thinks stealing from me and Steven and Marty Machat is acceptable. And, this man Gianelli - has relentlessly targeted me since hearing from Cohen's lawyers in 2009. Also, my family, friends, business associates, everyone. Clearly, the man has motive. And now, the City Attonrey is only too happy to have this dangerously unstable stark raving lunatic criminally harass me while copying them in - also harassing my sister whose lawyer advised this lunatic to cease and desist.
Enjoy the fraudulent expense ledger. I wasn't served Cohen's lawsuit. The proof of service is fraudulent. I didn't have a female co-occupant. LA Superior Court doens't care if people are served. They tolerate liars, perjury, and it looks like LA Confidential to me.
You can have Stephen Gianelli. He's a madman. He attempted to lure my minor son into communicating with him privately. My older son had his fingers ripped off at Whole Foods. Gianelli targeted him. Then - the City Attorney thinks that matter annoys Leonard Cohen. These are insane people.

Here is the documentary evidence - including canceled checks, bank statements, and other records, that prove that Kelley Lynch stole millions while Leonard Cohen's manager.

Additionally, there is a $7.9 million judgment arising out of Lynch's embezzlement in Cohen's favor and in 2012 Kelley Lynch was convicted of violating a protective order obtained by Cohen and sentenced to 18 months in jail.
