Francisco,

Did the City Attorney contact you when Gianelli wrote so many insane emails - during my appeal process - to explain that they didn't authorize Gianelli to copy Streeter in while he continued to criminally harass me and my sister?  Why does he continue to write you?  At oral arguments, I think you should initially advise the appellate division that I have a right to abandon this insanity.  They don't have a constitutional right to lie about me, elicit perjury, conceal evidence, retaliate against me, and conduct themselves like LA Confidential.  That is not a constitutional right.  They can live with their own self-inflicted revenge fantasies.  They attempted  sabotage me and the IRS.  It involves Phil Spector.  Why Streeter decided to go at my son and his horrific accident is inconceivably gruesome.  And she thinks she's a victim?  As I asked Viramontes/LAPD - do you think she has serious psychiatric problems?  I do.  If Threat Management Unit doesn't understand that, it is their problem and they shouldn't be dealing with criminally deviant individuals.  Does LAPD think it is acceptable to lie to them?  I thought it was obstruction of justice - and so did you.

As I predicted, the Appellate Department of the Los Angeles Superior Court has DENIED Kelley Lynch’s attempt to abandon her pending appeal from her criminal conviction. Clearly, the Court was not going to let Ms. Lynch claim that she was being coerced into a dismissal by alleged "retaliation" by Ms. Streeter.
