I am advising you to cease and desist slandering me. There is nothing
deranged about me. It is preposterous that a Canadian National
Treasure cannot live in Canada due to the fact that he apparently has
a lifelong history of residence and tax problems. I reported Cohen's
criminal tax fraud to the IRS Commissioner's Staff, Cohen heard I was
going to the IRS and began his deranged fictional narrative. After
offering me 50% community property, and attempting to have me lie
about innocent advisers he hired (although that would NOT include
Richard Westin, Neal Greenberg, or Ken Cleveland, from my
perspective), Cohen became desperate. He and Kory tried desperately
to back me into a deal. After I went to the IRS, Cohen filed a
retaliatory lawsuit against me. He has also made an appearance in
Phil Spector's murder trial and I just trapped Cohen in his lies about
Phil Spector. After testifying against me (I instructed my lawyers to
nail him in his perjury - as my top priority), Cohen (being the
arrogant and conceited liar that I know well) changed the story Phil
Spector's prosecutor used in their motions and probably presented to
the Grand Jury: Phil Spector has now held an automatic to Cohen's
head. The prosecutors version includes a semi-automatic to the chest.
Leonard Cohen cannot stop lying. Phil Spector bilked Leonard Cohen
out of nothing. Leonard Cohen has now stolen from me (millions),
Steven Machat, and Phil Spector. He sold Phil Spector's master tapes
to Sony. If you have any questions about that, please contact Steven
Machat directly. Steven and his father negotiated the Spector/Cohen
deal and Phil Spector wrote the music.
As for taxes and pussies. I have copied in the IRS Commissioner's
Staff. Leonard Cohen's tax fraud is egregious and it is becoming
increasingly unconscionable. As of the fall of 2004, the penalties
and interest on three of his fraud entities came to approximately $30
million. He also may have defrauded the U.S. government earlier -
when he had a green card and appeared (from what I could tell) to pay
non-resident taxes and hid worldwide royalties in off-shore accounts.
I intend to sue Sylvie Simmons over her book and the fact that she has
clearly slandered me without contacting me. She contacted everyone
else in his life so she her actions are pre-meditated. Perhaps she
wanted to offer her "pussy" to Leonard Cohen. Who knows, may he would
think it was the "perfect offering."
I am advising you to cease and desist and am also asking you to
correct your article. These are the facts. I am filing an appeal
against this madman and intend to sue him. I also fully expect the
IRS to prosecute this thief and fraud to the fullest extent of the
law. They will NOT be making a deal on any matter that concerns me in
any way, shape, or form.
For the record - I have never seen so many uneducated, lame,
talentless journalists (like yourself) in my life. It must be nice to
be an awe-inspired groupie with no critical thinking ability.

“Not I, but the poet discovered the unconscious,” Sigmund Freud is
quoted as saying. Who, then, discovers the poet? In Sylvie Simmons’s
biography of Leonard Cohen, it will be you.
The central surprise in the 500-plus pages of I’m Your Man: The Life
of Leonard Cohen is that for all the artistic and hedonistic glamour,
the bottomless psychic suffering, the mystic mystery, Leonard Cohen
emerges as surprisingly knowable. The Leonard Koan is cracked. But in
perfect irony, through most of the book and the life, Life is not
entirely knowable to Cohen himself.
Happiness, equilibrium, marriage, a regular mailing address — these
things elude, or are eluded by, Montreal’s titanically honoured poet
laureate of rock, who was interviewed extensively by Simmons for this
book.
There are ample surprise revelations, oddities: who knew Cohen was a
frat joiner at McGill, that he wrote failed TV scripts, almost hosted
a CBC show? He was an early Mac adopter and a Jerry Springer watcher
(!) later in life. Jammed with Jimi, almost “double dated” with Iggy
Pop. Fun to know, but the least of it.
The career arc, from meteoric young poet to legend, is officially
enshrined in every corner of Canadian cultural honour and across the
globe. But credit Simmons and her rigorous research for scouring the
details of six decades of struggle and triumph in the Tower of Song.
I’m Your Man doggedly reminds us that the tower was on fire.
Poetry, Music, Women, Spirit — those might be the headers if you
pulled the life and the book apart into nastily confined sections.
Instead, we can start with the guy, raised in conservative
upper-middle-class Jewish Westmount, adored by mother Masha (a coddled
Jewish son — who knew?), lost his father at 9, went to Westmount High,
strolled the pre-dawn streets of Montreal as a teen, refining his
emerging artistic sensibility and chick radar. Simmons bracingly
confirms he was “not anti-establishment by any means,” in the words of
Arnold Steinberg, his college pal and now chancellor of McGill
University. No, Cohen sought and expected inclusion into the elite
poet caste, and with Let Us Compare Mythologies (1956, McGill Poetry
Series) would have it, entering into a lifelong elder/scion admiration
society with Irving Layton.
And what a cheeky poet. When hanging out at Columbia in New York —
there was no studying — Cohen proposed and succeeded in writing a term
paper on … Let Us Compare Mythologies. So he had the rock attitude
down. Though poetry was “the passport of all ideas,” he had deduced
“the only economic alternative was … teaching or university or getting
a job in a bank … but I always played the guitar and sang.”
He would flee to Hydra, an isolated Greek island populated by
characters from a bad spy novel, where “everyone was in everyone
else’s bed.” He would meet and win a jilted Oslo beauty named Marianne
and buy a primitively perfect house with a $1,500 inheritance. Those
were the days. And Marianne — might be a song in that. He would return
to New York.
It was the ’60s, when “there’s music on Clinton Street all through the
evening.” Cohen plunges in, writing Suzanne, meeting Judy Collins (who
covers it) and experiencing performance — by dying onstage at the
Village Theatre in 1967, slinking off when his voice and guitar fail
him. It will be a major theme: the perceived failures, the
self-castigation, the persistence.
Now, many will want to zoom forward to a chapter titled Taxes,
Children, Lost Pussy, but hold off. The middle of the book is a
catalogue of the many highs and psychic lows of a music career that
now has the burnish of the icon, but was forever at risk. Yes, his
first real song would become a standard and Hallelujah is a modern
psalm. He will be revered by a younger generation — Nick Cave, Pixies,
REM, Bono, the latter heralding him as “our Shelley, our Byron.” But
at the time of the 1967 debut, Songs of Leonard Cohen, critics
dismissed “a sad man cashing in on self-pity” whose albums should come
“with razor blades.”
Still, the highs are high in two senses. On his 1970 European tour, he
and his band ride horses onto a French festival stage, and Cohen is
known as Captain Mandrax for the drug he gobbles. He drinks like a
rock star and smokes like a Frenchman, jetting from Hydra to New York
to Montreal to L.A. to Oslo to Paris and back while the records tank
in Canada and the U.S. and he becomes a god in Europe. It’s the glam
life you’ve yearned for as you light your Gauloise from the Chianti
candle. It only gets better when crazy Phil Spector embraces Cohen and
presses a gun to his neck, saying “I love you, Leonard.” And bilks him
of half the songwriting for Death of a Ladies’ Man, crediting the
album to “Spector & Cohen.”
NOTE: Leonard Cohen just testified that Phil Spector held an automatic
to his head. The prosecutors in the Phil Spector trial have noted, in their
motions (and probably in the statements of Cohen's they presented to the
Grand Jury) that it was a semi-automatic and it was pointed at Cohen's
chest. There are at least three versions of this story and Cohen is a
profoundly disturbed man, pathological liar, and thief. He cannot stop
lying, stealing, or defrauding the U.S. government - and that includes via
the refund that I am now challenging. Phil Spector did NOT bilk Leonard
Cohen of half the songwriting. Phil Spector wrote the music. Leonard
Cohen stole Phil Spector's master tapes and, according to Steven Machat, sold
them to Sony.
Amid this colourful bio, Simmons provides us with something absent
from most rock biographies: musical analysis. You (or I) might
disagree with some of her readings, but Simmons has spent the time
with the records. She has spent time with the people who made them —
who adored Leonard, or did not. She gathers and cross-references a
library of in-studio detail for every single record — personnel,
arguments, Cohen’s ceaseless rewriting, the penniless backing band
they found in a dive for his debut, the library of lost songs. “I’m
cold as a new razor blade,” he says, but burns candles during every
vocal. Rather than cold, there is a deep warmth.
Cohen is indeed COLD AS A NEW RAZOR BLADE.
There are vivid portraits from Simmons here of lost hedonistic Edens —
Hydra, ’60s New York, the Chelsea Hotel. Portraits of the women are no
less vivid: a couple of Suzannes, a Marianne, Joni Mitchell, Janis
Joplin, later Rebecca De Mornay. The women — they are in the titles.
Suzanne you likely know: it was Suzanne Verdal, wife of sculptor
Armand Vaillancourt. He titled Sisters of Mercy for two female
hitchhikers he invited into his Edmonton hotel room and watched over
as they slept. And by the late stages of the story, Cohen has gone
from Ladies’ Man to Man for the Ladies, eventually partnering
musically with Sharon Robinson and Anjani Thomas in ways he perhaps
could never do romantically. He will end up wanting to “be
reincarnated as my daughter’s dog.”
Well, spirituality comes in many guises, and Simmons spends a
significant page count on it. Cohen was lured by Scientology before
pursuing Zen Buddhism and master Joshu Sasaki Roshi. And here, the
disparate elements coalesce into one character who ties up the wine,
women, song and soul: the Seeker. As Simmons catalogues, he had good
reason to seek the light.
The threnody line running through the book and story is: Darkness
Visible, a lifelong struggle with depression. There is family history.
Beautiful, volatile Masha will spend time in the infamous Allan
Memorial Institute. Cohen will live in the greys and blacks for most
of his life, despite the loves, the success. He is the depressive who
rescues a worldwide cult of suicidals.
Depression — to some extent, you can see his point. Why not? How many
artists of his stature had a U.S. label bluntly refuse to release an
album (Various Positions)? Dylan said, “Somebody’ll put out Leonard’s
record here. They have to.” (So, the record industry has always been
that dumb.) Depression — even a triumph, the hit I’m Your Man was made
“under the usual dismal and morbid conditions”: Suzanne Elrod was
suing him for child support. And how many septuagenarians who have
poured a soul’s worth into their lifelong Book of Song find themselves
betrayed by a trusted financial handler — the apparently deranged
Kelley Lynch — and defrauded of an eight-figure sum? Just the one. In
2008, Cohen is forced out onto the road again.
It could be a sad story. Instead, enlightenment arises. Cohen breaks
with Roshi, bows to guru Ramesh Balsekar in India and eventually finds
the veil of a life’s gloom disintegrating. Meanwhile, a younger
generation —Nick Cave, Pixies, REM, Bono — heralds him as “our
Shelley, our Byron.” The tour is a global smash.
“There is a crack in everything / that’s how the light gets in.” The
perfect lines on imperfection. On the shortest possible list of
greatest writers this country has produced, in three disciplines —
poetry, prose, pop — Leonard Cohen can be known here, to an extent.
Because Simmons’s comprehensive, insightful book ultimately reminds us
that the answers to the koan are less important than the
irreconcilable mystery itself.

To the IRS Commissioner's Staff,
I would like an official IRS opinion with respect to the fact that
Judge Robert Vanderet's legal position on the alleged emails - do you see a legitimate
business reason that relates to my federal and state tax returns?
Everything in the alleged emails has something to do with the IRS
matter at hand (involving the allegations that Leonard Cohen committed
criminal tax fraud) - I was advised to document everything I have gone
through (since Cohen heard I was reporting his tax fraud) for the IRS
and other parties. My attorney will handle the invalid restraining
order issues, the fact that I wasn't served the California order or
notified, etc. The judge things the matter involving Phil Spector is
"far-fetched" so I would like the IRS Commissioner's Staff to address
the fact that the Leonard Cohen criminal tax fraud matter and Phil
Spector set up are clearly intertwined (with my son's alleged custody
matter and my older son's accident) and involve my being targeted by
the LA District Attorney who is aware that I reported Leonard Cohen's
criminal tax fraud to the IRS and he stole millions from me. They
were advised that evidence exists. Please see my letter to Alan
Jackson that was concealed from the jurors. Steve Cooley and Alan
Jackson should have been confronted on the witness stand.
The judge has stated that there is a mechanism that would allow me to
obtain the documents I need that does not involve me and/or Leonard
Cohen's representatives. What is that mechanism and is it in the IRS
code or any statute that would relate to my federal tax returns? What
jurisdiction does Vanderet have over my federal tax returns.
Kory wrote the IRS that the TH 1099 violates the fraudulent Boulder
restraining order. Rice testified that the restraining order
prohibits them from providing me with documentation. Having said
that, she wrote on February 14, 2011 and lied about the restraining
order being registered - copying that email to the IRS, FBI, DOJ,
Treasury, Dennis Riordan, and Ron Burkle. And, Leonard Cohen wrote
during this period of time to advise me that he sees my son copied in
on my emails - which is what he sees whenever I discuss his tax fraud
which is definitely criminal because this is fraud and not negligence.
With respect to the refund that Cohen testified closed the IRS case
against him. What matter did it close?

I didn't issue any death threats to Cohen. The man has a long history of psychiatric problems, drug abuse and illicit drug use, and alcohol problems. This is all publicly documented - including by the man known to his band members as Captain Mandrax (qualudes) - Leonard Cohen. So he assailed his reputation. This man admitted to committing perjury on the stand and blaming me for what he thinks I do or do not believe (without having evidence of that) is not an excuse to commit perjury. His lies are extensive and he is now wedded to them. Leonard Cohen, after being interviewed by Mikal Gilmore (whose brother was executed by a firing squad), told me that he would like to die by firing squad. Saying "he should" is NOT a threat. Cohen himself testified that I never directly threatened him so call up his lying representatives and get your lies together. I am again advising you to CEASE AND DESIST. I do hope you lied to Agent Wynar/FBI Oakland because lying to the FBI is criminal. I would put nothing past you - including the possibility that you might be a member of NAMBLA. dangerously unstable people targeting me. That's a fact. I have very
intelligent people witnessing and watching this situation.
Jihad Gianelli thinks it's amusing that I'm in touch with the FBI but
he is aware of that. I did speak to Viramontes/LAPD and he called
Agent Tejeda/IRS. He also advised me that he was updating his report,
after taking my statement, and would fax a copy to Agent Tejeda/IRS
and email a copy to Agent Sopko/Treasury. He has taken the legal
position that Cohen's restraining order prevents me from obtaining
information I need from my state and federal tax returns. He is clear
that I need to file those returns, so automatic returns based on
incorrect information are not filed, although I do not owe taxes.
Cohen lied when he testified that I failed to file returns. I have
spoken to Doug Davis/FTB about this matter which is why he removed the
"wage garnishment." He also knows I was concerned about guessing on
my returns. So Viramontes/LAPD has advised me, and said he would
discuss this with Agent Tejeda/IRS, that the restraining order
prohibits me from obtaining information for my tax returns. I have,
of course, asked the IRS Commissioner's Staff for a legal position on
a state order that would apply to my state and federal tax returns.
LAPD was clear in their report - the alleged emails generally relate
to requests for tax information. Viramontes and I discussed the lies
in his report,. I asked if LAPD prosecutes people for lying to the
police. His answer was - YES. We also discussed the situation with
Phil Spector. He asked me if I knew where Cohen was. I said I could
care less - he's probably out promoting his career using me and Phil
Spector.
Please check out the two latest "articles" and posts on Jihad
Gianelli's law blog. They have to do with me, Phil Spector, and
Leonard Cohen. I n fact, in the posts re. Phil Spector's civil suit,
Jihad Gianelli refers to my sentence. That will be addressed on
appeal - particularly as a lieutenant with LASD told me has never
heard of any such thing in his entire 26 years in law enforcement. He
also went on other blogs, police chief blogs, etc. to read information
that IRS agents were posting. That's what he told me and a deputy and
I discussed the fact that the men and women of the education
department downtown were all researching my matters. Not everyone's a
liar with motive.

Blogonaut has learned that Wall of Sound creator, musical genius, and
California Prison inmate Phillip Spector has sued the California
Department of Corrections (CDC) in Kings County Superior Court for
alleged violations of the incarcerated producer’s civil rights under
federal law and under theories of negligence and medical malpractice.
The suit filed on August 29, 2012 –which was removed to federal
district court by the California Attorney General’s Office by petition
filed September 5, 2012, alleges that Spector, who up until now has
been allowed to visit his private dentist in Burbank, California for
treatment of a serious gum condition requiring implants and other
surgical procedures, has been prevented by the CDC from completing his
course of treatment with Dr. Jerry Albus, DDS, under new regulations
implemented by the CDC in August of 2010.
The suit alleges that prior to that date the CDC had been transporting
Spector to Dr. Albus’ office in Burbank for the treatments –which have
been at Spector’s personal expense “of over $10,000.00”, but that the
2010 office visit was cancelled by CDC pursuant to new procedures
providing that the CDC would no longer incur any expense for inmates’
dental implant treatment, even though the producer was funding the
treatments himself.
The suit further alleges that the CDC then undertook to complete
Spector’s dental implant treatment itself with in-house dentists, even
though it was “ill-equipped” to do so, causing the music legend to
suffer “excruciating pain and suffering” , that Spector is “losing his
teeth”, and suffers excruciating pain when eating.
The suit requests damages for violating Spector’s civil rights of $1
million, emotional distress damages of $500,000.00, pain and suffering
for improper dental care of $125,000.00, damages for “improper medical
care and treatment associated with a bowel obstruction” of
$125,000.00, future dental treatment of $125,000, and for injunctive
relief and attorney’s fees.

The glue used to affix all those capped teeth must have seeped
upwards. The Dept of Corrections should NEVER had a previous policy
that allowed priveledged characters like this one to go hither and yon
to private dentists, etc. What's next, trips for face lifts and lipo?
Let him throw in the towel and get dentures..........

The Complaint is premised in part on the theory that Spector relied on
the preexisting policy and had half of the work done, so he should be
allowed to have his private dentist finish the job, since the CDC
dentists don't have the proper facilities.
It does remind one of Jr. Soprano's visits to his doctor though - if
you followed the HBO series.
In any event we could see how even the proverbial trip to the dentist
would be a welcome respite from a small prision cell.

The prisons in California have become so overcrowded that they are now
under a Federal court mandate to reduce overcrowding. It has been
reported that because of this severe overcrowding, inmates are not
getting the medical services they need and if I remember correctly it
was referred to as cruel and unusual punishment. Mr. Spector is paying
his own way to protect his health.

Everything you say is true.
The State of California has been under a federal injunction to build
more medical facilities for years, but California citizens are
notorious for voting for harsher, longer sentencing (e.g., "three
strikes") but not the funds to build more prison facilities.
Finally, a receiver was appointed by the federal district court who
was poised to simply take the $billions needed for construction from
the general fund and get it done.
In response, the California legislature passed a law euphemistically
called "prison realignment", meaning, that 1/3 of California's prison
population has simply been dumped back on the county jail systems
where the inmates were sentenced.
Therefore, people like, say Kelley Lynch - who received an 18 month
jail sentence for harassing singer-songwriter Leonard Cohen for over
five years in violation of a restraining order and who also left a
dozen death threats on his home answering machine - are released from
jail after serving only a few months.
Of course, this Band-Aid did not address the underlying problem of the
state's crumbling prison infrastructure and underfunded, inadequate
system of medical treatment for its inmate population.
While it is true that Mr. Spector has been paying for his own dental
treatment, we suspect the fiscal issue relates to the number of
corrections personnel that are required to be exclusively assigned to
transport and supervise the producer during his visits to Burbank,
California to sit in the dentist chair, multiplied by he number of
similarly situated inmates whose families are willing to pay for
private dental treatment.
Under Spector's unique circumstances, given that he has already
commenced a procedure that the CDC lacks the resources to finish
competently -indeed that the CDC regulations now PROHIBIT it from
completing (dental implants), he has a strong argument.
The larger issue is that the cost of healthcare is a staggering burden
for society as a whole. Many employers have dropped or sharply scaled
back dental coverage for their employees. And it is difficult to
persuade voters to pay to provide to sentenced prison inmates that
which is not being provided to their own families.
It is all well and good to say "lock them up and throw away the key",
no one thinks about the cost of housing, feeding, and providing basic
medical coverage to an aging prison population doing life under some
very harsh sentencing laws.
This problem is a lot bigger than whether Phil Spector can get his
implant bone and tooth implant procedures done.

God help us all. Have any victims of this serial harasser heard from
her since her release? I can't believe Leonard Cohen wasn't notified
of her impending release. And if Cohen wasn't notified, what are the
odds her children were notified? Once again, my heart breaks for her
kids--they deserved a mother who was capable of loving them;
unfortunately, they were dealt a shitty hand at birth and are saddled
with a creature who has 2 favorite words (and topics/subjects): I, I,
I... and ME, ME, ME....

We are hanging at our home in Greece for the next month but decided to
check our Gmail account and sure enough KL has resumed her email
activites as if she had not gone to jail at all - no lessons learned,
no improvement in her pathological thought processes, still writing
the FBI and phoning LA detectives with the same crazy nonsense.
Contrary to the official transcript of the oral proceedings at KL's
sentencing hearing - wherein KL was ordered to undergoe a mental
health evaluation - KL insists we are "slandering" her and that no
such order was made. (The transcript was posted on Scribed.com and
speaks for itself.)
KL's latest spin on her criminal conviction is that the jury was
"interested" in hearing about the IRS angle but the judge would not
delay the trial to wait for Agent Kelly Skopko to return defense
counsel's call. Ha! That would have been a long delay - like untill
hell freezes over.
We predict that either KL will not appear in court on November 9, 2012
as required or will not be able to demonstrate the required AA
attendance, mental health counseling, and mental health evaluation -
nor could she receive a clean mental health bill if she did.
In any event, we do not intend to further check our Gmail account
until our return to the US in 30 days.
Perhaps in the interim the loon will be 5150'd by the Berkkeley PD.

Interesting. No sooner did we post the link to Lynch's blog posts
denying that the sentending judge in People vs. Kelley Lynch ordered
Lynch to undergoe a mental health evaluation as a part of her
probation, Kelley Lynch deleted the post.
Apparenty Lynch now realizes that her protestations notwithstanding,
she must submit to a mental health evaluation.
Whether she does or not remains to be seen.
Our bet is that she does not.

This woman will never get the psychiatric help she badly needs.
Therefore, she is in violation of the terms of her probtion.

To the Dallas FBI,
I am reviewing testimony Leonard Cohen gave at my outrageous trial in
Los Angeles. Leonard Cohen testified that my remarks re. the Aryan
Nation had an implied menace that involved him. I have been very
clear about this situation and did indeed contact the Denver FBI for
valid reasons. I also wrote the DOJ copying in my acquaintance,
NAME INTENTIONALLY REDACTED.
Let me review what I heard while homeless in Santa Monica. I heard
that Michael was a meth cook and served time in prison for this. He
was attempting to turn his life around and I thought he was doing a
good job. I heard that his stepmother runs meth labs and is connected
to the Aryan Nation and Cartel. In fact, Michael had to call in a
parole violation when the Cartel (thirty men) surrounded him in
Dallas. I heard an outrageous story about something happening to a
man (that involved an electrocution that the FBI stumbled into) in
Texas. I heard that his sister sells meth and is a meth cook. His
father is involved in meth production and distribution.
Unfortunately, Michael's mother died when he was young so I felt quite
protective of him.
When I moved to Boulder, I kept in touch with Michael because I wanted
him to stay on the straight and narrow. I also asked my friend, NAME INTENTIONALLY
REDACTED, to hire him in New Jersey to work at one of his
businesses. REDACTED and I addressed the fact that he smokes
marijuana and therefore REDACTED would not be able to hire him. While
in Boulder, Michael advised me that the FBI was investigating his
uncle. He told me the FBI in Dallas was holding his brother's ID and
that related to a check cashing scam. Michael was not involved in any
of this but was attempting to take care of his younger brother - who
was quite young, from my perspective, and should not be placed in a
dangerous situation. Their uncle, according to Michael, would murder
them. I was also told that the FBI was investigating a murder that
relates to his uncle. I asked if the FBI was also investigating meth
labs relating to his family and he said yes.
Let me be clear with the Dallas FBI: I in no way, shape, or form want
to be involved in this matter. However, when I see young men (they
are young from my perspective) in harm's way and attempting to turn
their lives around - I will intervene. This has now become public
knowledge because Leonard Cohen and the lying prosecutor (Sandra Jo
Streeter) felt it would make me look dangerous to mention the Aryan
Nation. This has now been repeated in news papers. I read that the
Dallas FBI was concerned that the Aryan Nation would target them and
their family members. This could expose me to a dangerous situation
with Michael REDACTED'S uncle but I do not care. I am sick and tired of
liars, bullies, threats, violence, etc. Jihad Gianelli - who targeted
my family relentlessly - attempted to sabotage this matter previously.
He accused me of slandering a man who I was told murdered someone, is
involved with meth production and distribution, meth labs, and is a
member of a violent element of the Aryan Nation in or around Dallas,
Texas. I also happened to find it unconscionable that this family
would attempt to lure Michael back into cooking meth. He absolutely
knows how to cook meth. While in Santa Monica, I asked him to review
the recipe for me. He is a brilliant scientist, understands that meth
is one molecule away from salt (which I thought could lead to some
type of scientific study into addiction), and I attempted to help him
enroll at Santa Monica College in biology. Fortunately, he moved to
Seattle and his life appeared to turn around. We have since lost
touch and he did write me privately asking me not to copy him in on
emails to the DOJ about this situation. Why? Because it's dangerous
and he and his brother (who I spoke with numerous times and confirmed
everything that was going on - including with the FBI) thought they
would be murdered by their uncle. This man's entire family is
involved in meth production and distribution and they are related to
the Cartel and Aryan Nation. His stepmother appears to be the
kingpin. I do not want to say anything about his sister but she is a
meth cook. That's simply a fact.
As for Leonard Cohen and a firing squad (see excerpt of article below
re. the Aryan Nation) - that's how Cohen said he wanted to die after
being interviewed by Mikal Gilmore/Rolling Stone. I have met Mr.
Gilmore. His brother was executed in the United States by firing
squad and Mr. Gilmore wrote an extraordinary book about this subject
and I found Cohen's remarks reprehensible and despicable. Mikal
Gilmore was also a victim and was - according to Cohen - having a
breakdown over the fact that his brother was executed by our
government. One might understand why. Leonard Cohen has a long his
of drug abuse and it has been well documented in interviews, articles,
etc. This man is a bald faced liar, thief, fraud, and we should
indeed donate him back to Canada in exchange for a U.S. tax credit.

Voice-mails and emails that prosecutors say are from Lynch, 55, have
been played in court for the last two days. Cohen testified that they
mentioned the Aryan Nations and accused Cohen of using drugs.
"Leonard Norman Cohen should be taken before a firing squad and shot,"
she was quoted as saying in one email, read out by the singer himself
at the request of the judge.

Leonard Cohen Testified That Cooley May Be Reading My Emails & Noted That People Near To Him Are - Did Cooley Read My Letter To Alan Jackson?
NOTE: Investigator William Frayeh/DA Investigator emailed me that he hand delivered this letter to Steve Cooley and Alan Jackson. Since Cohen understands that Cooley probably read my emails and people near him were (possibly the investigator from the DA's office who was seen LUNCHING with Cohen and was hanging out in the courtroom - including when Cohen testified about the gun incident ... changing it to a gun to his head and now an automatic. The prosecutor, in their motion, noted that Phillip pointed the gun to Cohen's chest and it was a semi-automatic. After the trial, the DA then attempted to obtain a restraining order against me. That was declined. Captain Jack Horvath/DA's office lied to the judge in the sentencing phase. These men need to be confronted - see Crawford vs. Washington. Perhaps Cooley and Jackson can personally explain which version of events Cohen actually believes. They should study the publicly documented history of his drug abuse - including his nickname, Captain Mandrax, and then they will understand that I didn't attempt to ASSAIL Cohen's reputation. He assailed it. They should also review Steven Machat's film "Bird On A Wire" that Cohen stole from Machat & Machat. Steven recovered that. Cohen is on acid in Israel.

I am in receipt of your email dated September 9, 2009 demanding that I remove you from my “recipients list.” My emails, as I have repeatedly stated, document the destruction of my life, the destruction of my children and parent’s lives, the targeting of my family, etc., due solely to the fact that I was told Leonard Norman Cohen committed criminal tax fraud and reported that to the IRS and others. I can assure you that all matters involving Cohen and myself are IRS matters and there is no need for me to attempt to “convert” anything into a tax matter. I would not be in an adversarial position with Cohen had I not reported his tax fraud and, instead, accepted 50% community property or whatever “bribes” I was being offered. I am assuming that you are not a parent because I cannot imagine the type of person or people who would target a Mother and her children. I am absolutely convinced that Cohen’s tax fraud relates to the Phil Spector murder trial. I refused to cave into extremely vicious coercive tactics – such as Ray Charles Lindsey’s custody matter. Robert Kory, Cohen’s lawyer, has a Declaration filed in that matter but he does not know my son. He did, however, note that he and Cohen did not want to be “identified” as the individuals encouraging Steven Clark Lindsey to take Ray away from me. I am absolutely convinced that I was taken to Killer King and questioned about Phil Spector in an attempt to prevent me from testifying against Cohen in any IRS matter – whether it is currently “pending” or not. How would anyone, other than the IRS, know what is or is not a pending matter? I am not convinced that the IRS Commissioner’s Staff, the Department of Justice, and/or the Treasury Department are engaged in a major prank and feel it would be prudent to assume that there may very well be serious issues at hand. In any event, I intend to litigate this situation and at the very heart of my lawsuit will be the fact that my life has been destroyed because I had the audacity to report Cohen’s tax fraud and am a friend of Phil Spector’s. Cohen seems to think Phil Spector and I will take the fall for him. He is sadly mistaken. At the very heart of this matter – from my perspective – is the District Attorney’s need to keep Leonard Norman Cohen credible. Cohen, from my perspective, is a calculated fraud and a pathological liar.
Not only do I believe Cohen committed tax fraud with respect to Blue Mist Touring Company, Inc., LC Investments, LLC, Traditional Holdings, LLC, possibly Old Ideas, LLC, personally and in connection with other entities, I believe he may have a lifelong history of tax fraud in the United States and Canada. In fact, I emailed the IRS Commissioner’s Staff a 1977 tax memo prepared specifically for “Cohen” advising him that he did not have to pay taxes anywhere he had residences (United States, Canada, and Greece) but cautioning him not to have a green card. Cohen had a green card and informed me that he abandoned it because the IRS does not ask where you paid taxes the prior year while Canada does. This might explain why he applied for and obtained a new green card in 1991. It might also explain the social security number insanity his accountant, Burt Goldstein, sorted out after Marty Machat’s death in 1988. Marty Machat was Phil Spector and Cohen’s attorney and I worked for him from approximately 1984 until his death in April 1988. The lengths Cohen went to obtain a new green card were extraordinary.
Cohen’s tax fraud, that I was told is criminal, appears to follow him from adviser to adviser. He also has a pattern of blaming advisers and stealing from them. I provided Boies Schiller (who I permitted to review a great deal of evidence relating to the Leonard Cohen Tax Fraud Matter) with Marty Machat’s letter to Irving Trust transmitting a $30,000.00 final payment for his and Bob Johnston’s share of Stranger Music, Inc. Unfortunately, when Cohen sold Leonard Cohen Stranger Music, Inc. and Bad Monk Publishing Company (a d/b/a of Cohen’s) to Sony he did not inform me that he was selling Mr. Machat and Mr. Johnston’s shares. I believe the IRS Commissioner’s Staff should review that sale and, specifically, look into why Cohen and Westin were concerned about issues relating to the assignments of copyrights into Bad Monk Publishing. I also believe the IRS Commissioner’s Staff should look into the failed C.A.K. bond deal (that apparently concerned Robert Kory) and the formation of Cohen’s two charitable remainder trusts. Ed Dean, Cohen’s lawyer, was concerned about personal service contracts being assigned to these trusts and other legal issues relating to the assignments. Robert Kory advised me, at our luncheon, that I had a cause of action against every one of Cohen’s advisers and confirmed my suspicions: the holding periods were illegal. Kory also emailed me on May 24, 2005 that the IRS would demand answers to questions, relating to Cohen’s taxes, going back many years. I was told by Steve Blanq of Hochman, Rettig that Richard Westin, Cohen’s tax lawyer, made the IRS nervous with his evasiveness. I can understand why. He made me nervous – particularly when he wrote that Neal Greenberg was going to screw me over and he would stand up for me. I have no idea what that means but intend to find out. Fortunately, Westin confirmed – via email – that Traditional Holdings, LLC was a “real entity” (although I personally believe it is a “sham”) and the annuity obligation was real. Unfortunately, Westin – on behalf of Cohen – had already extinguished the annuity obligation from the tax return at that time. He extinguished the promissory note and did not report the Sony sale on the 2001 tax returns. He used two separate tax identification numbers which was probably done intentionally to deceive the IRS. Westin also confirmed – via email – that he only represented Leonard Norman Cohen. Truer words have rarely been spoken.
My advisers, DiMascio & Berardo and Dale Burgess, confirmed that Cohen committed criminal tax fraud and “exposed” me to that fraud. In our last meeting, inexplicably, DiMascio & Berardo wanted to figure in a “settlement” amount for my exposure to Cohen’s fraud. In our first meeting, however, they advised me that once fraud was brought to one’s attention no deals could be made and I had two choices: report it to the IRS and/or amend the tax returns. Reporting tax fraud to the IRS turned out to be incredibly dangerous for me and my family but I did not trust anyone to amend the returns and felt a better course of action would be to report what I was told to the IRS, the State of Kentucky, and others. After all, DiMascio & Berardo calculated the penalties and interest – as of the fall of 2004 – with respect to Traditional Holdings, LLC at approximately $10 million. This is what they told me Cohen would have to pay if he personally wanted to report the tax fraud. I believe (were Cohen’s allegations that his advisers defrauded him) realistic he would have gone to the IRS with me. DiMascio & Berardo seemed to understand that similar penalties and interest were accumulating with respect to Blue Mist Touring Company, Inc. and LC Investments, LLC. Dale Burgess, my former accountant advised me that there is fraud on three entities and both he and Ken Cleveland, Cohen’s former accountant, believe the intellectual property is still in Blue Mist Touring Company, Inc. I own 15% of that intellectual property – wherever it has gone – and have repeatedly requested a complete and proper forensic accounting with all assets on the table. I would like the IRS Commissioner’s Staff’s Opinion on that issue. Agent Betzer, a Collection Agent with the IRS, also believed I owned 15% of Blue Mist Touring Company, Inc. and 99.5% Traditional Holdings, LLC. He advised me to go get what was rightfully mine and he appeared to be an exceptionally helpful and brilliant man. Agent Betzer understood that I paid approximately $165,000.00 in taxes on a company that Cohen has ultimately attempted to prove I did not own. I believed I owned it and I believed there might be something suspect about that entity and the promissory note – which is why I demanded and received an “Indemnity Agreement” from Cohen. For these reasons, one might imagine, the IRS Commissioner’s Staff, the Department of Justice, and Agent Kelly Sopko-Treasury Department are copied in on my emails.
DiMascio & Berardo were apparently impressed with and/or intimidated by the fact that Cohen was represented by former District Attorney Ira Reiner and perhaps this is why they encouraged me to participate in what I believe would have been an illegal deal, illegal meditation, and possibly insurance fraud. Ira Reiner was brought in, according to Kory, to handle the mediation for Cohen because Kory does not understand litigation. I would like to point out that Dale Burgess asked me to confirm for the IRS Commissioner’s Staff and the Treasury Department that my lawyers understood this was criminal tax fraud and confirmed that he would answer a subpoena testify to the fact that I was offered 50% community property by Cohen – presumably to lie and say he was defrauded by his advisers.
The IRS Commissioner’s Staff and Department of Justice are referenced in the subject line of the email you responded to and it seems odd that you would permit yourself to be copied in on so many emails from odzerchenma@gmail.com and twiggy.ahmadinejad@gmail.com (and other email accounts) and only now ask me to “immediately” remove you.
