I continue to be criminally harassed by the California lawyer known as Stephen Gianelli. He has sent two emails today arguing that Kory & Rice are victims. I have been clear with the Court that they are co-conspirators. He is representing their interests. I have received countless harassing emails re. his online [activity/posts]. Feel free to review his posts at my stalking blog. Gianelli routinely descends on websites, if he doesn't create them, to attack me and elicit information. I have memorialized his posts for IRS, FBI, DOJ, etc.
I have asked the Internal Revenue Service to investigate this situation, the ongoing retaliation, the cases before LA Superior Court, and this criminal's role. I have asked FBI to investigate the fabricated evidence routinely introduced to LA Superior Court. That is particularly true with respect to the altered email sent to the IRS Commissioner's Staff which someone lifted from my blog. Robert Kory's declarations raised concerns about his potential role in criminal tax fraud and theft of royalty income. That is most certainly part of the federal tax controversy.
Since you are part of an elite stalking/harassment unit and many people in LA are being targeted by this criminal, including witnesses he attempts to threaten and intimidate, I would like to know what you suggest. People have reported his conduct to law enforcement throughout this country, consulted their attorneys (who were then harassed by Gianelli and his cohorts), had their attorneys advise him to cease and desist, contacted your unit, and so forth. Leonard Cohen, a deceased protected party, is not the only individual in Los Angeles entitled to some form of justice. I am asking you: what are your recommendations with respect to this criminal conduct?
