Detective Madero,

This is one of four harassing emails Stephen Gianelli sent last night and this morning.  This man is an absolute criminal.  He is no one's victim.  Stephen Gianelli has harassed, stalked, threatened, intimidated, targeted, and slandered my sons, elderly parents, sister, brother-in-law, friends, Paulette Brandt, the Scientist, Jules Zalon, Francisco Suarez, and many others.  He specifically targets witnesses and attempts to intimidate them.  Many of these individuals have filed police reports, submitted declarations to courts, contacted law enforcement to ask how to handle this man, consulted attorneys who have advised him to cease and desist (they, in turn, have been harassed), contacted FBI, and so forth.  Stephen Gianelli appears to be amused by his conduct.  He was on Truth Sentinel arguing that Kory & Rice are not criminal co-conspirators.  He raised that issue because he studies my blog 24/7 and reviewed my Opposition to Kory's Request for Judicial Notice related to an appeal.  This is the link to the information he reviewed.  I did refer to Kory & Rice as co-conspirators to the Court of Appeals and LA Superior Court.  That is correct and that is precisely what they are.

I am the falsely accused.  I view, as I've informed the Court, the current proceedings as retaliatory in nature, fraudulent, and concocted for self-serving reasons.  

It is my opinion, as well as others who have confirmed this for numerous Courts, that Stephen Gianelli is a member of Cohen's legal team, argues Cohen's legal issues, now defends Kory & Rice, and may be affiliated with the Phil Spector prosecutors.  Investigator Frayeh concluded that Gianelli may have found a "sympathetic ear" with Spector prosecutor Alan Jackson about me.  Obviously Cohen found a "sympathetic ear" with Steve Cooley when they - together with the City Attorney - targeted me.  My lawyer was nauseated to witness Cohen, his lawyers, and Cooley's investigator lunching together during my trial.  That lawyer concluded that the City Attorney was attempting to sabotage IRS, discredit me, and the DA didn't want the Spector verdict overturned.  Perhaps that's why the DCA elicited testimony about Spector using an email to Dennis Riordan that Cohen wasn't copied on although he testified that he was.

Gianelli has worked in tandem with Spector's former assistant, Michelle Blaine, to target my email accounts and/or blogs.  She publicly congratulated him over that issue.  I've maintained that evidence.  Blaine stole almost $1 million from Phil Spector and went on a rampage to destroy him.  She's the female Leonard Cohen.  As Bruce Cutler noted, she's a bald faced liar and thief.  Gianelli has also worked in tandem with Cohen's fan, Susanne Walsh, who frequently copied Michelle Rice on her harassing emails to me, my sons, family members, Paulette Brandt, and others.  It is my understanding that Gianelli has consulted with Spector's estranged, adopted sons about their father's estate.  Gianelli has personally written that Leonard Cohen approved of his conduct, he has spoken at length to Robert Kory, Kory wanted to be bcc'd on his harassing emails, and I have evidence that Michelle Rice urged Gianelli to continue harassing me as it made her "richer than fuck."  

Gianelli is not defending himself.  He is a professional criminal who comes up with one lie after another.  

Is LA Superior REQUIRED by the Constitution to protect victims?  I find that outrageous.  I have violated no order.  The Boulder Combined Court advised me and others from late February 2009 that their order expired on February 15, 2009.  I wasn't aware that Cohen fraudulent "registered" the California order as a domestic violence order.  There was and remains no domestic violence.  I'm not clear that a "sexual relationship" - as Cohen informed your unit we were in (although we were not) - is a "dating relationship."  In fact, I have no idea what one is apart from something a misogynist assigned a businesswoman so that a federal tax case, business dispute, and corporate matters can be converted into a fraud restraining order case with half the local government of LA involved.  

I didn't create the fabricated evidence the City Attorney continues to introduce to the Court.  It's possible that Stephen Gianelli did however.  The stakes are clearly high.  

I will address the Constitution in the appropriate venue.

The criminal has been advised to cease and desist.
