If you review the Truth Sentinel site, you will see that Stephen Gianelli has initiated all the posts and public attacks on me. He appears to use lies, slander, and these public attacks to both influence others and elicit information. He intentionally lies so that he will provoke me into responding. That is one of his tactics. This man has targeted, harassed, stalked, threatened, and intimidated me, my family members, friends, colleagues, and witnesses for over straight years so I understand his tactics. Michelle Rice has literally urged Gianelli to incite and harass me. She confirmed, in an email used to harass me (which was either forwarded or bcc’d to her by Gianelli), that his conduct makes her “richer than fuck.” Vivienne Swanigan, City Attorney’s Office, urged Gianelli to continue to harassing me and instructed him to pass along a message from that office to me. These prosecutors have routinely lied – to the court, to jurors, in their legal documents, and forth – and I do not believe them when they attempt to inform me that they are not in a legal conspiracy.
Gianelli posts his attacks and then routinely removes them. He has now removed the post of the IRS Tax Crime Manual and this argument:
Stephen G The IRS tax crimes handbook makes explicit that even IF someone owed you a 2004 tax year 1099, the statute of limitations for NOT providing it is 3-years from the date the 1099 (or other informational return) was due. That means by 2008 you had not right to demand it, let alone to vex, nettle, and harass Cohen/Kory for it, let alone by 2012, let alone in 2016 or 2017. For this and a multitude of additional reasons that you have closed your mind to, you will be convicted of all charges in the 17-count pending criminal complaint and be in jail (for a very long time) by Christmas. And yes, I know, you predict that me, and/or Kory or Rice will go to jail instead. HOWEVER, you and you alone are charged with 10-years worth of jail offenses and therefore you and you alone have that downside.
I have sent you these posts as they are broadcast onto my computer screen, emailed to me, etc. I also compile the posts and send them to IRS, FBI, and DOJ so they are properly memorialized. Gianelli has argued that the statute of limitations related to supplying information (IRS required 1099 and K-1), according to the criminal Tax Manual, ran within three years. Therefore, Leonard Cohen, Kory, Rice, Gianelli, the prosecutors, et al. have taken the position that requests for tax information are meant to “vex, nettle, and harass” Cohen/Kory and I had not right to “demand it.” I believe the Internal Revenue Service should address this issue. The City Attorney has lied profusely about federal tax and related matters. They have lied that Leonard Cohen’s own conduct was my intent to annoy him. That includes, but is not limited to, the situation with respect to the IRS required tax information, corporate assets, and the federal tax controversy at issue. They are now retaliating and have lied throughout all the current proceedings.
Judge Vanderet sabotaged my defense, refused to permit witnesses to testify (including the IRS), permitted Leonard Cohen and other witnesses to fabricate testimony unsupported by evidence, and sat by while the prosecutors blatantly misstated laws with respect to federal tax matters, compliance with same, IRS reporting and filing requirements, and so forth. The Court does not have a crystal ball and I can assure you, based upon what I’ve seen, that not one of these judges could assess the credibility of anyone on the witness stand.
Gianelli has set forth some of the lengths Cohen, his lawyers, and others have gone to target me through sham legal proceedings and so forth.
I believe Christine Holloway may be one of Gianelli’s fake monikers.
