IRS, FBI, and DOJ,
Here are four harassing emails I’ve received from sandra123@gmail.com. I continue to believe this is Stephen Gianelli, who has engaged in this type of conduct for years now, using yet another fake email account.
At 9:46 AM, this individual wrote to note that they believe I am scared. Nothing could be further from the truth. I do believe IRS, FBI, and DOJ should investigate the ongoing misconduct and prosecute these individuals.
At 8:39 AM, the individual wrote what appears to be an email attempting to elicit information about potential attorneys who may represent me (that was an issue with Harvey Steinberg in Colorado yesterday and I’ve notified the Colorado attorney of his insane communications) and who might provide me with the finances. I’m ready for Thursday’s hearing and have some motions I am filing and will provide the prosecutor with an informal discovery request. Sandra Jo Streeter appears on the complaint and was the prosecutor at two hearings to date. I’ve sent you those transcripts with my comments. This individual is also looking for information about my family. Why should I have remorse? I am not the individual who perjured myself on the witness stand and so forth. I can see that Kory & Rice have no remorse whatsoever and will do whatever it takes to advance their nefarious goals. I have attorney notes where at least one attorney felt Kory testified at the first trial because he could be criminally implicated. That is being submitted to the federal court in a separate case that will be filed on Friday or Monday of next week.
At 7:43 AM, sandra123 wrote about the City Attorney’s Association. I view prosecutorial misconduct as extremely serious. I will continue to pursue possible remedies with respect to the ongoing prosecutorial misconduct. These emails will be submitted to the federal court with summaries of the lies, false statements, and so forth. The IRS should speak to Judge Enichen to determine what she was talking about when she raised “IRS.” Robert Kory almost immediately used the fraud order to interfere with a federal corporate tax matter related to Traditional Holdings, LLC. The Boulder Combined Court has confirmed that Kory & Rice do not have orders and neither do the corporations. That is relevant to the federal case I am filing.
I don’t think Gianelli (a/k/a sandra123, no doubt) should talk about harassing the IRS since he sent me evidence that IRS concluded that he was harassing IRS and blocked him. That never happened to me and I have spoken to IRS representatives recently. One of those individuals will receive a subpoena.
At 7:10 AM, this individual sent a harassing email with this subject line: “Forwarded to Sandra Jo Streeter.” I am submitting that email to the federal court as well. The individual highlighted these lines. Please review the trial transcript for the extensive perjured statements, false statements Streeter presented to the jurors, and so forth. These issues are preserved on the permanent record. I have raised former and ongoing prosecutorial misconduct with LA Superior Court so that issue is still being pursued. The DCA did subvert IRS reporting and filing requirements during the 2012 trial when she falsely advised jurors that I am in possession of that information and specifically mentioned 1099s and K-1s. She also mentioned illegal K-1s. Those would relate to LC Investments, LLC. The transcript of the two hearings I recently attended prove that the prosecutorial misconduct is ongoing. Kory & Rice have perjured themselves. That goes to character, no? Also, they have motive from my point of view.

DCA Sandra Jo Streeter. Ms. Streeter lied routinely
The City Attorney is attempting to subvert IRS reporting and filing requirements through the use of a fraud domestic violence order. Ms. Streeter is once again, with her colleagues, targeting me. She has now lied at two recent hearings.
Is there anyone who oversees misconduct at the City Attorney's Office? This is blatant, willful, ongoing misconduct. Every word during my so-called first trial was and remains a lie. The same is true for the latest proceedings. The situation is a disgrace. Furthermore, the "protected party" is deceased and the City Attorney is now arguing that his so-called lawyers, who perjured themselves on the stand, are part of the order. They are not.
