The letter to Alan Jackson confirmed for his office that my emails are documenting the destruction of my life since reporting Cohen's criminal tax fraud allegations. I guess Cooley & Co. didn't bother transmitting to the City Attorney? The City Attorney couldn't review the Spector Grand Jury testimony? Why not? Fidler unsealed it and it would have been Brady material. The City Attorney could not review the information on LA Superior Court's website that contains statements, in the Spector case and motions filed, regarding Leonard Cohen and the Phil Spector gun incident?
Gianelli/Walsh continue to lie to government agencies about me. Doug Davis/FTB confirmed six emails from Walsh. She routinely copied Michelle Rice on her emails harassing me, my sons, etc. Someone just wrote that they believe Walsh may be "Gianelli" or working with Gianelli. I think that's obvious.
I don't want to talk about Bruce Cutler to these criminals. I want to talk about Bruce Cutler with Senator Grassley and that includes re. the City Attorney's attempt to have me drugged and committed re. three letters I wrote Cutler. I stand by those letters. I want to talk to Senator Grassley about the fraud domestic violence orders, fraud domestic violence related orders, LA Superior Court's transmission of fraud domestic violence orders into CLETS/DV databases, LA Superior Court's attempt to extort DV fines/fees from me and force me into DV classes (such as anger management which is where the judges belong and that's my personal opinion), and the City Attorney's relationship with a DV quack, VAWA funding fraud, the fraud default judgment, the use of the fraud complaint for Cohen to file his returns and obtain fraudulent tax refunds. That's what I want to talk to Senator Grassley about and that's why I originally called him. I don't want to talk to a criminal operative harassing me and others about Leonard Cohen, Phil Spector, IRS, etc.
My letters to Cutler can be found at this link and I stand by them. Cohen publicly aligned himself with Cooley during my trial and I can assure you that I don't take that lightly. I also didn't appreciate the City Attorney eliciting perjured information re. Phil Spector and a gun in an email sent to Dennis Riordan (that Cohen perjured himself over when he said he was a recipient) while concealing - willfully and knowingly - emails to IRS Commissioner, etc. Why does the City Attorney present the jurors with hearsay re. Dennis Riordan, Sharmapa, Thinley Norbu Rinpoche, etc? What is the City Attorney's jurisdiction over federal tax matters?

I am in receipt of your email dated September 9, 2009 demanding that I remove you from my “recipients list.” My emails, as I have repeatedly stated, document the destruction of my life, the destruction of my children and parent’s lives, the targeting of my family, etc., due solely to the fact that I was told Leonard Norman Cohen committed criminal tax fraud and reported that to the IRS and others. I can assure you that everything that has occurred with Cohen is nothing other than an IRS matters and there is need to “convert” them into anything other than what they are. I would not be in an adversarial situation with Cohen had I not reported his tax fraud and accepted 50% community property or whatever “bribes” I was being offered. I also refused to cave into extremely vicious coercive tactics – such as Ray Charles Lindsey’s custody matter. I am assuming that you are not a parent because I cannot imagine the type of person or people who would target a Mother and her children. I am absolutely convinced that Cohen’s tax fraud relates to the Phil Spector murder trial. Furthermore, I am absolutely convinced that I was taken to Killer King and questioned about Phil Spector in an attempt to prevent me from testifying against Cohen in any IRS matter - whether it is currently privately “pending.” It is pending for me because I intend to litigate this situation and at the very heart of my lawsuit will be the fact that my life has been destroyed because I had the audacity to report his tax fraud and Cohen seemed to think Phil Spector and I would take the fall for him and his actions. He is sadly mistaken.

Let me know if my cease and desist to Gianelli and letter to Mike Feuer are unclear. I've asked Feuer to look at my letters to the City and County as well as my letter to DDA Alan Jackson. That was hand delivered to Jackson by Investigator Frayeh who also hand delivered it to DA Steve Cooley and DDA Truc Do. It's helpful to look at that letter via the pre-meditated trial, etc. This criminal transmits fraud to IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, FTB, etc. What's KVW's interest in my emails to government agencies?

As my appellate attorney, who was criminally harassed by Gianelli for over a year, wrote - the trial is an IRS matter that demands an IRS investigation. The Appellate Court's decisions that included statements about the "IRS Binder," federal tax forms, and so forth, confirmed that fact.
