I continue to be criminally harassed by Gianelli. He also attempts to elicit information about many matters including IRS and federal tax matters. After receiving Susanne Walsh's email yesterday, I filed a complaint with FTB about the lies, slander, false statements transmitted to Doug Davis about me vis a vis Leonard Cohen. If you're unclear how this gang operates, hit reply all and explain what confuses you.
KVW [LA Superior Court Case No. BC614279] is interested in the fraudulent domestic violence order [as well as Leonard Cohen's evidently] your office assigned Bruce Cutler, who did not request one, and which I have and will continue to address with DOJ, Senate Judiciary, etc. I think the use of these fraudulent domestic violence orders is fairly obvious. I don't think LA Superior Court should assign me a "dating relationship" with a man who sexually harassed me and I take grave offense at your prosecutor's arguments that "indecent exposure" (on the part of Cohen who exposed his penis to me routinely) was my intent to annoy Leonard Cohen, etc. I also look forward to your explicit answer to the questions I've asked you about your jurisdiction over federal tax/IRS matters. See "IRS Binder" which contains no evidence of a 1099, K-1, etc. for the years 2004 and 2005. I will of course address the use of that fraud domestic violence order to obstruct justice re. these issues extensively with Senator Grassley and request audits of California's VAWA funds, CLETS/domestic violence databases, extortion re. fines/fees related to domestic violence, and fraudulent sentences based upon fraud allegations of domestic violence. Also, the use of your domestic violence quack during the show trial.
Please confirm any confusion on your part as well with respect to my recent cease and desist emails to Gianelli, Kory, Rice, and Lascher. Since people are privately communicating with me about these emails - which have documented matters for IRS for years now - I know for a fact that they are not "incoherent." I also know that Gianelli is obsessed with "Bruce Cutler" and trying to go right through me to him. He has previously used lies about me to contact Bruce Cutler. One of his jobs is to infiltrate. Another - to discredit and slander me while terrorizing my sons, family members, etc. He continues to harass Paulette Brandt over Leonard Cohen, etc.

Gianelli continues to harass me through his emails. He continues to slander and attack me on the Truth Sentinel (Spector) site. Yesterday, Susanne Walsh (who works in tandem with Gianelli although he uses fake monikers such as Kelly Green, 14th Sheepdog, 17th Shitzu to harass, annoy, elicit information and engage in dialogues with himself) forwarded me an email she received from Doug Davis, FTB. She was arguing Cohen's legal positions and attempted to elicit information about Cohen, tax matters, IRS, etc. She and Gianelli routinely lie to IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, FTB about me. I therefore filed a complaint with FTB about that issue.Gianelli is interested in the "tax court" matter. He has harassed me for days on end now over the ongoing appeals. Karina Von Watteville just confirmed for LA Superior Court that he was her legal representative but she's now pro se. Nevertheless, he continues to harass me over her. She has now raised Cohen's fraud default judgment, fraud domestic violence order, and "Bruce Cutler" in her case management statement. Therefore, I will continue to document that baseless lawsuit for IRS, FBI, DOJ, Phil Spectors' lawyers, etc.This conduct re. Leonard Cohen should cease and desist. It is irrelevant if this lying psychopath (Gianelli),w ho terrorized my sons for seven straight years, informs me or anyone else that he is not Cohen's co-conspirator. He continues to argue Cohen's legal issues, positions, and is engaged in what I believe is illegal discovery.
