IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

Stephen Gianelli continues to criminally harass me.  For some reason, he is copying Alan Hootnick on his slanderous emails.  The appeals have been filed and Cohen's lawyers can respond.  I did not file a second motion to vacate or reconsider.  I filed a motion addressing egregious fraud upon the court and the court itself mischaracterized it as one of California's "catch all" motions to reconsider.  The new evidence was submitted to prove that Cohen has perjured himself. I asked the Court to refer Cohen to the DA for a perjury prosecution.  It took me approximately two years to obtain the transcript of the March 23, 2012 hearing where Cohen testified that we were in a purely business relationship and I never stole from him - just his peace of mind.  

I have challenged the fraudulent financial interest and addressed that issue during the hearing with the Court.  See attached transcript of that proceeding.  I didn't appeal the denial of that motion to tax costs. 


I filed a motion seeking to vacate the fraudulent DMV order.  DV-600 is specifically related to DMV issues.  This matter is under appeal.   It will be addressed in my federal RICO suits as there are federal issues related to the fraudulent registration of the Colorado order, etc.

I received a Notice from Tax Court that my Notice of Appeal must be mailed.  I'll phone the Court tomorrow and then mail that and my fee waiver to the 9th Circuit who I have already spoken with. I asked for leave to file a motion re. fraud upon the court so my request was not accompanied by a legal argument.  The Court has jurisdiction but did not have jurisdiction with respect to Leonard Cohen.  The IRS did not issue a determination letter for any rescinded $1 million 1099 because Sony withdrew that, replaced it with a $0 1099 for 1999, and did not issue a new 1099 for the $1 million that remains income to TH.  This will all be addressed with the 9th Circuit - including the theft of corporate assets during the period of suspensions.   

I did lodge the harassing emails with Tax Court and will now lodge them with the Appellate Division, 9th Circuit, and federal District Court.
