I am once again advising you to cease and desist This harassment, stalking, slander, etc. has gone on for nearly 7 straight years now. You have relentlessly targeted my sons, elderly parents, sister and brother-in-law, friends, and colleagues. People have reported you to law enforcement. Others have advised their lawyers to ask you to cease and desist. You relentlessly harassed my appellate attorney for over a year. You are contacting my friends. You are the criminal. I asked your family if you have psychiatric problems. You are writing me morning, noon, and night from your "vacation." Does your family know you use monikers to stalk and terrorize my family and wrote the "bloody stump" email after my son's fingers were ripped off? Does your brother-in-law the Police Chief or brother-in-law the U.S Attorney approve of this conduct because everyone in reality thinks you belong in prison, represent Leonard Cohen , and are moonlighting for Phil Spector's prosecutors.
I am advising you to cease and desist. You are slandering me to third parties such as Alan Hootnick, Scientist, Paulette Brandt, and others. Who do you think you are lying about me and attempting to destroy my reputation, Paulette Brandt's, while terrorizing members of my family? I have the evidence and so does IRS, FBI, and DOJ. Does the U.S. Attorney you're related to know that you routinely lie to IRS, FBI, and DOJ - including with respect to Leonard Cohen's criminal tax fraud and theft from me? Does he know you have attempted to infiltrate Phil Spector's legal team and IRS matters/ If so, he knows you are a criminal. Your family evidently tolerates that.

Laura Gianelli and Jordan Gianelli,
I'm wondering if you are related to Stephen Gianelli. This individual has been criminally harassing me, my sons, elderly parents, sister and husband, friends, and other people I know for approximately 6-1/2 straight years. People have filed complaints with law enforcement, had their lawyers advise him to cease and desist, etc. His obsession with me is pathological and it's amazing he has a wife who would condone this. I am wondering if Gianelli has serious mental health issues. His emails to my sons, for over six straight years, made my younger son physically ill. Feel free to read them. His obsession relates to matters involving Leonard Cohen, IRS, and Phil Spector. It's possible he's on someone's payroll but I thought if he had serious mental health problems, his family should be aware that he's completely out of control. Although I don't know him, he seems to get off on calling me a drunken slut. Of course, I am not and he doesn't know me at all. He also lies about my sons. I find it criminally insane that a stranger would contact my sons for years - including when my younger son was a minor. Or my elderly parents. He has harassed my roommate for nearly three years now. She was Phil Spector's girlfriend and roommate.
I look forward to hearing from you. His excuses for his conduct are unconvincing.
