Michelle Rice and Robert Kory,

The Operative continues to defend and argue Leonard Cohen's legal positions while attempting to elicit information.  This conduct is quite blatant and you and the operative have been advised to cease and desist regardless of your position that his harassment/provocation makes you "rich."

The use of fraud, perjury, and litigation misconduct to obtain judgments, verdicts, and orders misleads jurors.  That's factual and if a judge doesn't understand that, they should resign and stop wasting taxpayer dollars.  The prosecutor lied repeatedly throughout my alleged trial.  I do not have the IRS required tax and corporate information.  Neither does IRS or FTB.  I will now sue for that information and I do not believe I should have been forced to request it more than one time - let alone for over ten years.  The City Attorney does not have jurisiction to argue federal tax matters let alone lie about them.  There is no domestic violence order.  There is fraud and I have requested DOJ and Senate Judiciary to investigate the VAWA funding fraud, DMV sentencing, and the attempt to extort fines/fees from me for domestic violence.  This is a federal matter as the Colorado order, issued without findings, was fraudulently registered as a domestic violence order in California when it was not one.  I have no idea who is star struck or not and it's not a legal issue other than the celebrity justice program being run out of LA Confidential.  

The cases are not over.  There is an appellate process.  We shall see what happens with the Appellate Division but these matters will not end there.  The Tax Court matter is now before the 9th Circuit.  This situation is far from over.  

I am suing the City and County over the trial and probation retaliation.  We shall see what happens there.  I am also submitting the trial transcript to Senate Judiciary re. the tax matters and domestic violence and VAWA funding fraud.

I am aware that the operative is attempting to "dissuade" me.  I will be filing my federal RICO suit and have submitted a draft of that document to IRS, FBI, and DOJ.  It will relate to federal tax matters.  Res judicata will not apply to federal tax matters not before "LA Superior Court."

I know the lengths your client has gone to slander, defame, libel, and target me.  And a federal court is about to find out.  The judgment is evidence of theft, self-dealing, money laundering, extortion, and embezzlement.

If Cohen wants to go after any money I inherit or am paid for a book, I'll see the desperate loser in court.  That's probably why he renewed the judgment.  I think it goes to motive.  He's very lucky he's in bed with half the local government of LA and was witnessed lunching with Cooley's DA [investigator] while testifying about Spector and a gun.  I have no doubt that Spector is just delighted that Cohen now has three versions of his bullshit Spector gun story before LA Superior Court.

If you want to discuss these issues, hit reply all.  Otherwise, respond to my RICO suit.  You will have ample time to come up with additional lies, fraud, and perjured statements.  And, I will have the opportunity to address fraud upon the court properly since California condones the tampering with the administration of justice and doesn't follow Hazel Atlas.  I just think that's par for the course.

You always have an excuse. The jury was "mislead". The witnesses "committed perjury". The prosecutor "lied". The judge was "star-struck" and/or "corrupt". You "were never served".
