This criminal continues to harass me over Leonard Cohen and federal tax matters. That would include the Tax Court case that I will now appeal to the 9th Circuit. I just got off the phone with the 9th Circuit and will file the Notice of Appeal with Tax Court. Clearly, the 9th Circuit understands that Tax Court has jurisdiction over fraud upon the court.

As the order of the tax court issued to day made crystal clear - and as I have also informed you - a "notice of determination" issued to the PETITIONER (which hMr. as been called "the taxpayer's ticket to the tax court") is a necessary prerequisite to tax court jurisdiction.
No notice, no jurisdiction. No jurisdiction, petition dismissed - and along with it all of your collateral claims of "harassment", "blog tampering", "witness intimidation", "monikers", "operatives" and conspiracies.
No amount of additional emails, blog posts, or "appeals to the 9th Circuit" are going to change the fundamental facts that the tax court enjoys limited jurisdiction, that the tax court has no statutory jurisdiction over the issues referenced in your tax court filings, and lacks the power to entertain your petition even if it wanted to.
Last, give Mr. Fabian a break. Now that your petition has been dismissed he will be closing his file. If and when you file an "appeal" it will be handled elsewhere.
You are only succeeding in making a nuisance of yourself.

I forwarded you Gianelli's first criminally harassing email re. the Tax Court matter. This situation is far from over. Leonard Cohen uses fraud and perjury to obtain judgments, verdicts, orders, and to engage in witness tampering and witness intimidation. Gianelli is clearly an operative who has worked with others in targeting me. That would include, but is not limited to, Michelle Blaine, Susanne Walsh (Cohen's fan), and others. He also uses monikers such as Kelly Green, Mongochili, 14th Sheepdog, and 17th Shitzu to criminally harass me. He has targeted my sons relentlessly. Both Rice and the City Attorney have encouraged this criminal to provoke and harass me.
I will pursue this Tax Court case to the 9th Circuit and plan to file an appeal. Tax Court has jurisdiction over fraud upon the court. Cohen has used Tax Court to commit tax fraud and theft. The $1 millions belongs to Traditional Holdings. Cohen continues to argue alter ego, self-dealing, co-mingling and money laundering. He also uses sham entities to evade taxes. The Tax Court case, Colorado District Court matter, LA Superior Court cases, and fraudulent restraining orders will be addressed in my RICO suit that should be filed within two weeks.
