Hello IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, and ICE,
Gianelli is arguing directly with the Court in this case. I would assume the Court knows. I intend to attach many of the harassing emails I have received from Gianelli, with Von Watteville copied in, to my declaration. I advised Von Watteville on a handful of occasions to cease and desist slandering me. IRS, FBI, and DOJ were copied on those emails.
Paulette Brandt will be driving downtown tomorrow and filing the declarations Linda Carol, Debbie Watts, and I will be providing her in Case No. LAM 14M09452. The statute of limitations did not begin to run until either Karina Von Watteville received her social security check or Paulette Brandt became aware of it. There are privacy laws and this matter was not discoverable prior to the date Von Watteville showed Paulette Brandt (and others) the check.

What did Von Watteville do upon receiving Paulette Brandt's rent demand letter? She phoned Leonard Cohen and Robert Kory, his lawyer, and ultimately ended up being provided legal representation by Stephen Gianelli, a man who has criminally harassed and stalked me (and many others - including both of my sons) for six straight years now. I intend to let the Court know that the mediator advised me to bring Von Watteville's conduct to his attention. At both hearings, the judge (and his clerk) advised people that they were obligated to go into the hallway and show the other party evidence. On both occasions Von Watteville was ranting about Leonard Cohen and Robert Kory while slandering me. I will address that. She also failed to show Paulette Brandt and the mediator (whose name I have) the evidence - Stephen Gianelli's legal research into a statute that has not run. The agreement was this: WHEN Von Watteville received her social security lump sum check, she would pay Paulette Brandt. I am now being threatened over this matter. Paulette Brandt and Linda Carol are being harassed by Gianelli and Von Watteville is copied in.
I have been clear with ICE: If Von Wattevile wants to file a lawsuit against me for advising her to cease and desist, all perjury will be addressed with ICE. ICE can then ask IRS, FBI, and DOJ if they were copied in and how they understood my emails to this absolutely unconscionable woman.
I enclose herewith the updated version of Linda Carol's declaration. I also intend to file this in the Leonard Cohen fraud default judgment matter and with my motion to vacate Cohen's fraud domestic violence order. I believe I have been exposed to stark raving lunatics, criminals, and potential escapees from criminal mental asylums over these matters.
Furthermore, Paulette Brandt gave Von Watteville the legally required two months notice to vacate her premises. She helped this woman avoid homelessness. Von Watteville then attempted to extort $10,000 from Paulette Brandt. The judge did not grant that request. He granted a judgment in the amount of $6,700 to Paulette Brandt.
