Hello IRS, FBI, DOJ, and ICE,
This is the latest criminally harassing email I received from Stephen Gianelli. I have just copied you in on my email to Linda Carol and included the latest draft of her declaration (which is intentionally graphic because that is the information she heard).
Gianelli is now addressing the fact that I advised him and his client, Von Watteville, that if she dared file a fraudulent lawsuit against me (and perjured herself) over the handful of cease and desist letters I sent (with IRS, FBI, and DOJ copied in) addressing her conduct, I would subpoena the head Trial Counsel for ICE. Let me remind you that after Streeter blind sided my lawyers (during my alleged trial in 2012) with an "IRS Binder," I did subpoena IRS Agent Luis Tejeda who is evidently the head of fraud for the Western Division of the United States. Kory name drops him constantly. The judge, who deprived me of a fair trial and witnesses, refused to wait two hours for Agent Tejeda to meet with IRS/DOJ attorneys and call my lawyer back. I found that unconscionable but in keeping with the rest of the unconscionable trial that is nothing other than one long lie related to IRS, me, and Phil Spector.
Karina Von Watteville should file a fraudulent lawsuit against me and perjure herself.
I wasn't served Cohen's lawsuit. The proof of service is evidence of fraud.

Ms. Lynch,
Your email reminds me of the many thousands of people, entities and agencies that you have threatened to “subpoena” during the six years you have been flooding my inbox (Google, the IRS, judges, public officials, records custodians – a cast of hundreds you vowed to “subpoena”.
Know how many you ACTUALLY SUBPOENAED ? Zero, none, nada, zip, zed. Not a single “subpoena”.
Kind of like the number of suits you have actually filed (ZERO) vs. the number you have threatened during the last decade (hundreds).
The most reliable indicator of future performance is past behavior (have you done what you said you were going to do in the past). This is why people who have paid their bills in the past have good credit scores and those who have not bad ones.
It is also how I know that you will never actually “subpoena” or “sue” anyone.
And if you are sued by Ms. Von Watteville, you will default and/or allow the suit to go to judgment and then claim you were never served, the suit was “fraudulent” the plaintiff “lied” and/or the judge was “corrupt” or based on “perjury” and/or the judgment is not really a judgement because the court never obtained “jurisdiction” over you. Sound familiar? It should. That’s how you handle things. A lot of bluster, then when push comes to shove you hide and make excuses.
