The Grand Jury Adviser instructed me to contact you about thissituation and thought it would be a "good idea" to write the DistrictAttorney and copy in the judge. I will do that. I am following the instructions of the Grand Jury's Advisor.I wonder why Cooley wanted to obtain a restraining order against me?I am doing a timeline in my Motion to Vacate Cohen's fraudulent andretaliatory lawsuit against me. Let me address this harassing email with you since Gianelli, a moonlighting stalker, decided to copy you in. Who else is copied in? The investigator on the Phil Spector case and Swanigan. Let me go through these points briefly.
I will indeed review the federal rules of evidence. I am filing RICO suits against Leonard Cohen, the City of Los Angeles, and the County of Los Angeles. I have been criminally harassed over these issues. Well, I suppose Streeter elicited testimony about Spector and a gun because it was of consequence in determining whether I violated a restraining order. I didn't. The letters I wrote Cutler are a huge legal issue and Gianelli is obsessed with them. Something must be of interest in the March 27, 2012 letter. What could it be? This is the material evidence Cutler provided to the Court. He was very clear that the alleged voice mails were deleted. So, this is the evidence that will be addressed in my RICO lawsuits. I think it's relevant. The City Attorney tried to have me drugged and committed over these three letters - working with a domestic violence quack. Emphasis on QUACK. I've spoken to her. She's their expert witness in hundreds of cases evidently. No wonder domestic violence is on the rise and we're now being assigned domestic violence relationships. The VAWA funding must be fabulous and we're all in Jennifer Lopez flight movies.
The March 27, 2012 letter starts off with my confirmation that I asked Perroni to apply for a restraining order against Steve Cooley. The letter talks about Cooley's investigator being in the courtroom. No one threatened Cooley. These people are liars. Cooley publicly aligned himself with Cohen. The City Attorney then elicited testimony from Cohen about Spector and a gun - using the April 18, 2011 email while concealing the 5.44 AM portion of that email addressed to IRS Commissioner's Staff. I will point out that Gianelli is not involved in any of these matters.
Cohen did sexually harass me and exposed his penis to me. He didn't fire me. He heard I was reporting his tax fraud to IRS. I refused to meet with him, his tax lawyer, or hand over the corporate books and records privately. They were transmitted to Greenbberg, Glusker. I had no other records. Cohen and his daughter removed all files from my offices - including mine. The City Attorney obviously felt sexual harassment and indecent exposure was fine. They thought this conduct annoyed the perp, Leonard Cohen. It is disgusting. No one is harassing Leonard Cohen and no one cares about him. The relevant issue is the fact that the government has assigned me a dating relationship with a man I was never in one with.
I have no idea, and neither did my lawyers, why Phil Spector, the gun, Alan Jackson, Steve Cooley, or Dennis Riordan were of such importance during my so-called trial. My lawyers repeatedly addressed this fact with the judge. Maybe it was because the DA re-election campaign was in full force and effect and Phil Spector was on the ballot with DDA Alan Jackson and the City Attorney Carmen Trutanich. That's one very real possibility. I'm not talking about magazine accounts. I am talking about Leonard Cohen's testimony, email to Streeter, and the DA's version of the alleged Phil Spector gun incident. I just found my notes from the conversation I had with the Grand Jury legal adviser about this matter. Here they are (below).
Stephen Gianelli is a criminal who is harassing me, stalking me, threatening and intimidating witnesses, etc. That is a fact. It seems as though LA Confidential is concerned about Phil Spector's upcoming appeal. For the record, LA Confidential is my phrase identifying the Criminal Enterprise I am dealing with. The domestic violence related order the judge gave Cutler, who didn't ask for one, has expired. The judge personally advised me that all probation matters expired.
