My three letters to Bruce Cutler are obviously huge issues. Streeter wanted me drugged and committed over them. I have never indicated that i know Cutler. Phil Spector knows him She worked with a domestic violence quack and obtained a domestic violence related order for Cutler - although he didn't request one. These matters are at issue legally. Cutler has been advised to maintain the evidence. Any domestic violence related order mailed to Cutler from the City Attorney of Los Angeles will be addressed as a predicate act of mail fraud.

Hi IRS, FBI, and DOJ,Stephen Gianelli, a moonlighting stalker, is obsessed with my blog. He obtains my email evidence posts and then pretends they were forwarded to him. Gianelli does attempt to infiltrate matters and I believe he used me as a pretext to call Cutler about Phil Spector. I have been very clear with Phil Spector and his legal team about this. He used the same tactic with Agent Sopko (Treasury) and Agent Wynar (FBI) when he attempted to obtain information from them about a potential Leonard Cohen prosecution related to criminal tax fraud. He is an amateur agent provocateur, attempts to infiltrate matters, and engages in criminal witness tampering, slander, etc. Gianelli appears to be moonlighting for the Spector prosecution and definitely argues Leonard Cohen’s legal defense. The man’s obsession is frightening. Do keep in mind that he and Michelle Blaine (who stole $1 million from Phil Spector and is the female Leonard Cohen – a bald-faced liar and thief) worked in tandem to have my blogs and email accounts shut down. Blaine publicly congratulated Gianelli over that issue. He also works in tandem with Susanne Walsh, Cohen’s fan, and Kelly Green who evidently hates Bruce Cutler – at least according to the comments she/he posted on the Darwin Exception about Cutler in 2007. Green reminds me of a male lawyer.I have advised Bruce Cutler to maintain all evidence that I intend to subpoena. That will include, but is not limited to, any and all notes of his conversations with Stephen Gianelli, Pat Dixon, Sandra Jo Streeter, and others, that relates to me; the “domestic violence” related order my alleged prosecutor obtained for Cutler although he did not request a restraining order and there was and remains no domestic violence order, etc. At no time did I say that Bruce Cutler would sue Gianelli for libel. This man is also an inveterate liar. Bruce Cutler represented Phil Spector. I have heard directly from Phil Spector about this issue. Furthermore, my public defender phoned Bruce Cutler during the trial. I didn’t leave 30 voice mails a night for Cutler for 5 years and he wrote Vanderet that he deleted any messages I alleged left. His letter is hearsay. I didn’t change my email address to evade anything – Gianelli and Blaine (Walsh, etc.) targeted my email accounts and blogs and had them taken down. After all, my blog was dedicated to Phil Spector’s innocence. Nat McBride, a friend of Nicole Spector’s, received death threats (and I forwarded one to DOJ) when she put up a Free Phil Spector Petition. Rachelle Spector has now been forced to take her Facebook page down due to harassment. The situation is unconscionable. The evidence Cutler has (and the domestic violence related order he did not request) would be evidence of a predicate act of mail fraud so it is indeed material and relevant.I can assure you that Pat Dixon is not a good friend of Phil Spector’s. I find the man deranged and, in particular, his position that Eminem wrote “PUKE” about him and dedicated the “dry humping” lyrics to Dixon. He feared for his life over Eminem’s lyric, right? Well, this man is either dangerous unstable or an absolute clown.The evidence I’ve advised Cutler to maintain has nothing to do with Stephen Gianelli. It relates to the federal RICO lawsuits I absolutely intend to file.As for Gianelli’s not so veiled threats about his Mafia acquaintances, he still has not denied that he is related to Arthur Gianelli or Marianne Gianelli. I can assure you that I do not appreciate being threatened with the Mafia. He should immediately phone Bruce Cutler (whose name he drops constantly) and threaten him with the Mafia. Or, in the alternative, LAPD’s TMU.I think Phil Spector is absolutely interested in Gianelli’s calls to Bruce Cutler. I should know – I know Phil Spector. Phil Spector had as legal right to know that DA Steve Cooley publicly aligned himself with Leonard Cohen in targeting me; my prosecutor elicited testimony about Cohen/Spector and the alleged gun incident; and the prosecutor elicited testimony from Cohen about Steve Cooley, Alan Jackson, and Dennis Riordan. Of course, Cohen perjured himself when he testified that he was a recipient of the April 18, 2011 email to Dennis Riordan and the prosecutor intentionally concealed the 5:44 AM thread addressed to the IRS Commissioner’s Staff. That email is at issue.Let me reiterate this: It is my opinion, and I have addressed this with Phil Spector and his legal team, that Gianelli phoned Bruce Cutler using me as a pretext. He attempted to infiltrate the Spector defense and publicly stated that he and Cutler discussed the Phil Spector trial. That was the point of the call. He is also continuously copying Investigator Frayeh who worked on the Phil Spector case on his emails. Swanigan as well. Swanigan instructed this Criminal Stalker to continue harassing me with emails and directed him to communicate an official message from the City Attorney’s office to me. These people are out of their minds.Do keep in mind that Phil Spector’s appeal will be decided soon. I suppose that concerns them. Also, Gianelli has now written me about Cohen’s contradicting versions of his Phil Spector gun story. Automatic and semi-automatic are now interchangeable. Evidently that is true for Cohen’s chest and head.
