Hello IRS, FBI, and DOJ,
Another criminally harassing email from Stephen Gianelli. Susanne Walsh is copied in and he appears to be writing her. This situation demands an investigation and that should extend to Gianelli and Walsh's communications with prosecutor Sanhdra Jo Streeter and DCA Vivienne Swanigan. Please refer to the email where Swanigan directs Gianelli to continue harassing me and asks him to communicate an official message from the City Attorney's office to me.

I have notified my family and friends that Gianelli and Walsh have begun criminally harassing me again. They appear to be aware that I intend to file a Motion to Dismiss Cohen's fraudulently registered "domestic violence" order and a Motion asking Judge Hess to refer Cohen to the DA for a perjury prosecution. This criminal harassment has gone on since May 2009 when Gianelli publicly noted that he spoke with Leonard Cohen's representatives and mentioned Michelle Rice specifically. Susanne Walsh frequently copied Rice in on emails. My lawyer advised me to continue to forward these emails to IRS, FBI, and DOJ. I have spoken, as has Paulette Brandt, to LAPD about the situation.
