Hello IRS, FBI, DOJ,

The criminal harassment by Stephen Gianelli continues.  It relates to Leonard Cohen and motions I intend to file with the Court this week.

Please refer to the emails (and attachments) I received from the Boulder Combined Courts.  The order I requested (prior to reading Leonard Cohen's extensively perjured declaration) was not a domestic violence order.  I, and others, were advised numerous times by the Court that this order expired in February 2009 and the paperwork explains why that was the case.  I am moving to have the order dismissed.  It is fraudulently registered.  I was falsely arrested on two occasions and convicted for issues related to "domestic violence."  In any event, I will provide you with a copy of that motion.

I would like to note that I am still not in possession of the IRS required form 1099 for the year 2004.  The IRS is not in possession of this document.  Leonard Cohen refuses to rescind the illegal K-1s issued by his wholly owned entity, LC Investments, LLC, that totally undermine the fraudulent expense ledger.  Cohen refuses to address the phantom income shifted in my direction but not distributed by Traditional Holdings.  Leonard Cohen refuses to address the K-1s Traditional Holdings issued to me for the years 2001, 2002, and 2003 and the income on those K-1s that does not appear on the expense ledger.  These are just some of the issues I am attempting to relate to and will address in a federal lawsuit.

Leonard Cohen discovered that I was reporting his tax fraud to IRS.  Please see all corporate books, records, stock units, and agreements.  Cohen's fraudulent narrative merely proves he is the alter ego.  I have no interest in Leonard Cohen,  I am addressing serious legal and tax issues.

Who cares if Cohen is 80?  He created this situation and I have a legal right to address it.

You would think, Ms. Lynch, that a person in your position – i.e., a person who received two lengthy jail sentences, in part, for sending criminally harassing emails – would take the time to educate herself as to the distinction between the criminal and perfectly legal communications.

Indeed, a person like you, with multiple criminal harassment restraining orders and protective orders outstanding against you protecting numerous persons from your criminal harassment – stands zero chance of staying out of jail without knowing the difference.

Moreover, your life unraveled in 2004, after Leonard Cohen discovered your multi-million dollar embezzlement and fired you as his manager and you became obsessed with revenge and could not stop blogging and emailing about it.

It is now a day shy of October 2014, more than ten years later.

Leonard Cohen is 80 years old. You are in your mid-50’s now.

If being jailed twice, in 2012 and in 2014, was not enough to wake you up and motivate you to move on with your life, nothing ever will.

You are just sad and pathetic.

Hello IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

I just discovered this criminally harassing email in my alternate email account.  Please review my son's declaration regarding the harassment he has been the recipient of by Stephen Gianelli, Susanne Walsh (Cohen's fan), and others.  I would also ask you to review Rutger and Ray's emails to Gianelli, Walsh, and Lawrence.  Paulette Brandt, who has been relentlessly harassed, was also copied on this email.  She has spoken directly to LAPD about this situation.  And, finally, my sister was copied in.  Her attorney, Jim Walker, spoke with Gianelli and advised him to cease and desist.
