Stephen Gianelli, who continues to target me and family and friends, works in tandem with Cohen's fan, Susanne Walsh. Walsh frequently copied in Cohen's lawyer, Michelle Rice, on her harassing emails.
The Boulder, Colorado order was not a domestic violence order and not too long ago I received confirmation of this from the Boulder, Colorado court. I have asked you if you would like to withdraw the fraudulent registration of that order. I have also asked if you will accept service.
Ongoing litigation matters do not indicate an obsession with Leonard Cohen. What is very clear to me at this point - Leonard Cohen will do anything to prevent me from being heard in a court of law and obtained fraudulent restraining orders to silence me, prevent me from participating in litigation, prevent me from requesting IRS required tax information, etc. These will be addressed in my federal lawsult.
I will now, once again, bring the ongoing harassment with respect to Leonard Cohen and my outstanding legitimate legal issues to the attention of both Judge Hess and the court re. the fraudulent registration of the domestic violence order.
I still am not in receipt of IRS required form 1099 for the year 2004; Cohen refuses to rescind the illegal K-1s transmitted to IRS by LCI (undermining the fraudulent expense ledger); and have other very legitimate issues. I'll address the tactics Cohen has employed in my federal lawsuit. A motion will be filed with Judge Hess next week and the Motion to Dismiss the fraudulent domestic violence order will be filed next week.

3. This case is not a domestic violence case which can be verified on the top right of the first page of the ICON; noted as "Type: Protection Order". On the motion for civil protection order, the Petitioner only checked off Stalking and Physical Assault, Threat, or Other Situation but not Domestic Abuse.
Cohen requested this restraining order immediately after threatening Ann Diamond for posting her draft article for Rolling Stone. He made an extraordinary flight from Europe to Boulder, Colorado in the midst of his tour. What was on his mind at that time? Well, this is what he raised with the court:
"I request the following relief ... that Kelley Ann Lynch be excluded from making any public statements about me to any public entity (ie., newspaper, websites, blogs, any form of press, etc.)
