How does he reconcile that with the documents you've filed? He also testified that we were in a purely business relationship. His lame excuse for lying involved blaming me although I hadn't testified by that time.
Gianelli continues to harass me and has raised perjury as an issue. I just appeared before Judge Samuel Mayerson. That was also the bail judge in a "domestic violence" matter although the Boulder order although the Boulder order was unlawfully modified and I was never served the California order.
