Hi FBI,

This is a critical piece of evidence.  Streeter and Swanigan could have, as I requested ad nauseum, immediately sent this to Gianelli.  They willfully and intentionally chose not to.  They have also concealed, from LA Superior Court, my calls to their office advising them I did not want to be copied in emails with Streeter or Swanigan.  It is particularly egregious because these people prosecuted, lied extensively about me, fabricated information about the IRS, misled jurors, elicited perjured testimony, were aligned with Cooley & Jackson, and my PD said:  They are attempting to sabotage the IRS, discredit you, and they don't want the Spector verdict overturned.  You should speak to that PD.

My probation violation is the City Attorney's affirmative defense and it is absolute retaliation.  It's pathetic.  People should be arrested for this unconscionable waste of taxpayer dollars.  Feuer is perpetuating this.  I would assume that their liability has played a deciding factor in their retaliation.

Why did they copy the FBI?  Why did Swanigan have the nerve to write me, my sister, son, and the FBI?  Read the trial transcript.  Streeter lied about the IRS, repeatedly and consistently.  And many other things.  Here's their theory:  Streeter received these emails from GIanelli (and my refutations) and did nothing for months.  Suddenly, she brought them to the attention of Swanigan.  Months later.  Then, government officials concluded that my email to the FBI and DOJ was meant to threaten Streeter.  Maybe you need to be on drugs to follow this insanity. 

When I asked Swanigan, before this email was sent, what she thought was going on with the FBI being copied in, she said something like she wasn't aware of that.  Something positively PSYCHOTIC.  This was in the courtroom.  I was shocked they would use Lawrence against me when they had my son and Paulette's declaration.  Do you know how I know that (regardless of the prosecutor's feigning otherwise): because it's attached to the email to Swanigan from June 2013 re. my new email account.  Talk to my son.  He's the one that advised me to start a new one.  He was aware of what was going on with Gianelli, Walsh, and Lawrence.  See his declaration.  He's a witness.  Rutger's a witness.  And the City Attorney directed a criminal to engage and harass me and communicate a message to me.  Do you see anything illegal about that?  She's also a smart ass - she doesn't want to poke the lion and she doesn't like it that she unwittingly caused me to respond to Gianelli . Who would believe that?  People in reality are in shock.  I guess LA Superior Court is used to and tolerates corruption.  What other conclusion could you make?  Don't bother assuming that anyone would ever be held accountable.  I think there's a snow ball's chance in hell of that ever happening. 

Why did Swanigan copy the FBI?  Well, we're going to find out.

Since you are still intent on "poking the lion", could you please send emails (several) to Kelly Lynch stating that you are not connected to Sandra Streeter, have never met her, and you are not involved with a conspiracy with her?  Because, unfortunately, your poking at Lynch and defending our prosecutor is making her focus more and more on Ms. Streeter and a delusional belief that Streeter and you are cohorts in a conspiracy against her.  

Also, could you please not give Lynch any further information about what we are doing/planning?  My intent in emailing you about the hearing was just to let you know what happened as a courtesy, not to give you more ammunition to throw at Lynch. I do not like the fact that I have unwittinglin fueled the fires of Kelly Lynch's imaginary Gianelli-Streeter conspiracy by giving you information about what happened at the hearging.  - Vivienne
