To the IRS and FBI,
It is unconscionable that this individual (probably Gianelli) continues to criminally harass me, members of my family and others, over my appeal, writ, oral arguments, and litigation matters between me and Leonard Cohen. He has been advised to cease and desist but decided that he - like Cohen's fan Walsh - has a right to engage in ongoing criminal conduct with respect to me. I will note that my sister's attorney spoke to Gianelli personally and advised him to cease and desist. He refused and began writing me, my sister and others, with my so-called prosecutor copied in. It is outrageous.
