Walsh is clear. Ths ongoing criminal harassment relates to Cohen's tax fraud. What was proven? That he lies about the IRS and obtained an outrageous refund that has been challenged - based on fraud, lies, concealment, and perjury. Walsh and Gianelli continue to target me sons and others. This harassment also involves an appeal, writ, and my intention to sue Leonard Cohen which is about to happen.

I have that evidence and my lawyer and I are discussing it - as well as Gianelli's threats when I publicly stated that I intended to move to vacate Leonard Cohen's judgment - obtained via fraud, perjury, lies, and concealment in a matter I was not served.

Nothing has been proven about Cohen's criminal tax fraud but I know that's why you are targeting me and my family, etc. Leonard Cohen lied to LA Superior Court and concealed evidence I have provided the IRS and now my attorney. My sons have been targeted by you, Gianelli, and others - copying in Cohen's lawyers. Stop lying. I have the evidence and my lawyer and I are discussing it. Leonard Cohen is a liar and a thief. Steven Machat will take the witness stand over this issue - Cohen has stolen from him and his father and Steven has been clear with my lawyers - Cohen uses corporate entities (and did when his father represented him) to evade taxes.
I have advised you relentlessly to cease and desist with your criminal harassment.

Your children have NEVER been harassed, targeted, lured or anything, by Mr. Cohen, Mr. Gianelli or me, but they have contacted us (me) as adults, and stated that the only one who has harmed them and attempted to destroy their lives, is "Kelley" (that's right, not Mom or Mother, but Kelley), and that Leonard Cohen is a very nice man who always treated them with warmth, kindness and respect..

You Ms. Lynch is on a daily basis slandering Mr. Gianelli and me on your public blog, so responding to this, is NOT Criminal harassment, and remember I have documentation of the thousands of spam, slander and accusations you have made to innocent people, on media blogs, public blogs (including your own) for years, so go ahead, sue me, it will be a pleassure for me to show my evidence to everybody.
