I never saw Cohen's legal documents against me until Gianelli (who continues to target me over the appeal, writ, etc. as the 14th Sheepdog and who relentlessly targeted my children, elderly parents, sister and her husband, etc. - Cohen's operative and his fan, Susanne Walsh, are amused here while criminally harassing me) posted them online on Scribd in April 2010. He posts documents related to me/Cohen and Phil Spector. I've addressed some of his harassment in my Writ, as you know - including the NAMBLA reference since he attempted to lure my minor son into privately communicating with him and I have no idea if he's a sexual predator or not. I have no idea who this stark raving lunatic is. I know this - he lies to the IRS and FBI and has transmitted fraud about me to the IRS. In any event, Gianelli began publicly threatening me over my intent to file a Motion to Vacate Cohen's fraudulent default judgment. I was not served Cohen's lawsuit and/or judgment. What LA Superior Court has done to my life (without any evidence - no corporate books and records;. just Cohen's lies in his declaration which is in the IRS binder). I have saved all of Gianelli's letters threatening to have me arrested if I appeared in LA Superior Court. As we discussed, there is another Kelly Lynch and there are unverifiable warrants belonging to her in my name. No, she doesn't spell her name the way I do but I believe she is the individual whose information appears in the Killer King report which is entirely fraudulent. I was taken there and it's my address but every other word is a lie and there is a fraudulent use of a SSN, Medical number, and other information. The DA of Los Angeles doesn't want to address this situation evidently. Perhaps that's because people - including my attorney in Boulder - feel the DA had the power and motive to have me taken to Killer King and questioned about Phil Spector.
The investigation into the matter involving the City Attorney's office, celebrities, celebrity law firms, terrorist use of restraining orders (including domestic violence orders to deny bail), fake threats, civil rights violations over freedom of speech, LA Superior Court, that a national men's organization is funding re. Coyote Shivers who appears to have been set up by NCIS star, Pauley Perrette, should extend to another situation that other people are advising me is going on in LA - using and abusing mental hospitals when targeting people. I think it demands an investigation by the DOJ and FBI, etc.
In any event, the refund is fraudulent. I have done as the IRS advised and filed a fraud form 3949a re. this fraudulent refund and the illegal K-1s Leonard Cohen issued me. What's the issue here, Franicsco? I didn't have a lawyer and Cohen bankrupted me and thinks it is acceptable to steal from me, perjure himself, slander me, etc. He does the talking to the news media, Francisco. Be clear about that. He has tried desperately to silence me because I am telling the truth. Leonard Cohen will lie about anything and everything. The IRS had no holding re. his default judgment. He and his lawyers just think it's acceptable to lie. The IRS and FTB are not relentlessly pursuing me. I owe no taxes. Did NAME REDACTED/DOJ advise you that they are relentlessly pursuing me when you spoke to him about my subpoena to Agent Tejeda/IRS and his testimony that the judge denied me? There's nothing private in the IRS binder that Kory handed Streeter when he INSISTED on testifying. Steven Machat sees through Kory and refers to him as Satan. Kory likes to threaten people. Rice is a bald-faced liar and has made a career targeting me. I think they should be charged with conspiracy, obstruction of justice, etc.
The City Attorney has budgets woes, do they? Not when celebrity Leonard Cohen needs to be protected and is willing to testify about Phil Spector. I realize you're clear on the Phil Spector angle, Cohen's insane gun stories, etc. Cohen's fan is lying to me about my friend Phil Spector and his lawyer after what Cohen just did to Phil Spector in my intent to annoy trial? These people are positively evil.

recap our conversation, the City Attorney and Leonard Cohen have taken
the position that the fraudulent IRS refund Cohen received in 2005/2006
(which has been challenged with the IRS now since I only discovered this
at trial in the IRS binder) resolves everything between Cohen and the
IRS and Cohen and me. That's a bald-faced lie. Cohen concealed
corporate books and records, etc. and my ownership interest in certain
corporations and all of his IP dating back to 1967. And no, this refund
does not explain away all of his other hanky panky. It will be
interesting to see how the City Attorney further wastes taxpayer dollars
