As you know, I am about to file a lawsuit against Leonard Cohen. Let me know if the Writ has been filed. That addresses Cohen's theft, etc. The fraudulent IRS refund and illegal K-1s have been challenged. The IRS advised me to file fraud form 3949a with respect to those items and I have. I would like you to prepare a cease and desist letter for Cohen's lawyers re. Cohen's fan's ongoing criminal harassment. She has written me, copying in Cohen's lawyers, among other people and also targeted members of my family.

What I do or do not do with Cohen is none of Walsh's
business. I am doing as you advised and forwarding all communications
from Gianelli to me onto the FBI. I also think we should talk to LAPD's
Threat Management Unit with respect to this ongoing criminal harassment
- over my appeal and writ - because Susanne Walsh is Leonard Cohen's
fan who has been relentlessly slandering me for years now and is
obsessed with me. She visits my blog more than I do.
