I'm looking at the attorney notes while finishing up my Writ. There are more problems with these emails. Leonard Cohen was not on the July 20, 2011 email and the City Attorney said Alan Jackson was on the December 17, 2011 email but he was not. I have never seen so many liars in my life. And, Susanne Walsh has a lot of nerve writing me about you or Phil Spector. I really feel as though Phillip's legal team should review all the transcripts, perjury, questions about Phillip, Alan Jackson, and Steve Cooley, and all the evidence. You'll have to subpoena that from my public defenders since they are withholding the CDs, etc. God knows why. These are not inconsistencies. This is perjury; false testimony; etc. This is unconscionable. And, I'm being targeted by a human dog who likes to say you wave to him. Let me quote someone who knows you and Doron Weinberg who I met with in San Francisco - the LA DA is a Thug. That's a direct quote. He doesn't to you and Mr. Weinberg. He knows you. The lying dog likes to namedrop you and lie about you.

Back to my Writ. No draft is online but I did privately
send you a copy and I am working hard to edit it and get it in final
form to Francisco. I just have so much to review. Francisco is correct
- the trial record is a mess. This was a misdemeanor but every word is
a lie. Every word.
