I
am sitting here with a letter to the IRS from Robert Kory where he
advises the IRS that a 1099 violates the restraining order I requested.
Rice testified (lying through her teeth) that providing me with tax
information would violate the restraining order. Cohen can violate it
by writing me that he sees Rutger copied. In any event, Gianelli
continues to criminally harass me. I'll send you the Writ of Habeas
Corpus when I am done today. The lies are inconceivable. And the City
Attorney continues to lie, distort, and as people understand - they are
covering for Leonard Cohen. It's positively insane. I guess the City
Attorney thinks it is okay for Cohen to steal from me and evade taxes.
What else could you conclude? Taxpayers rape continues. All the best,

Colorado order is directed at KELLEY LYNCH ONLY. It does not prohibit
any other person - including Cohen - from doing ANYTHING, let hitting
reply to one out of hundreds of emails you sent him in violation of the
order.
You know this. The court explained that there are no mutual orders on Colorado. It is legally impossible for Cohen to have violated the order.
