To the FBI,

I am legally represented and this man is criminally insane.  He belongs in prison and this is clearly a game for him - lying to the IRS and FBI, transmitting fraud to the IRS, and do keep in mind that he is obviously Leonard Cohen's operative.  This is how Cohen functions behind the scenes.  I know.  I worked with him for 20 years and the man is positively evil.  Who would steal from someone force them into homeless, target their children and parents, take the stand and lie about Phil Spector, perjure themselves in every court they roll into?  Leonard Cohen - Canada's National Treasure who cannot live in Canada due to tax and residence issues.  In any event, Trutanich and Cooley need their fraud celebrity even if I'm sitting here with the evidence and have provided that to the IRS.  Trutanich does not care about the taxpayers.  He'll waste LA County monies and federal taxpayer monies.  It's disgusting - so is their thuggery.  The great news - teenagers get this.  Not former FBI agent George Mueller.  Teenagers.  I think that sums things up.  There's also an intelligence issue here - as in arrogant idiots.  These people make the music industry look like rocket science.  Literally. And, then there's the Denver FBI's buddy, Marko.  He's right out of the Sopranos.

Oral arguments in appellate proceedings are not court reported or electronically recorded by the Court and no transcript of an oral argument is available. The only way to hear an oral argument is to attend the hearing. (Mr. Suarez is a "litigator" is he not?)

Perfect.  Then I won't have to hear the appellate division and City Attorney lying.  I'll view this as a blessing.  Who would want to hear these insane people?  The appellate division should resign.  They haven't heard of due process?  They don't understand prosecutorial misconduct is rampant?  I want this appeal abandoned and intend to sue LA County over this.  They can't force me to deal with their ongoing lies and psychotic insanity.  They should learn to control their own minds.  Nowhere in reality is this type of criminal conduct acceptable.  LA County has its own breed of criminal insanity - see the DA, City Attorney, and LA Superior Court.  They just don't like it.  They want to engage in this conduct but they don't want people to acknowledge it.  What a bunch of gangsters.  Helping Leonard Cohen steal from me; sabataging the IRS, concealing evidence re. Phil Spector ... these people are a John Grisham Novel.

The habeas petition you say you intend to file pro se should have been filed at the time you filed your direct appeal and is no longer timely.

Actually an attorney is filing it on my behalf.
