I am appealing issues that involve my alleged intent to annoy Leonard Cohen over his criminal tax fraud and lies regarding Phil Spector.  I have copied my appellate attorney and Phil Spector's attorney in on this matter.  My appellate attorney wants to address evidence that was concealed from my jurors that includes, but is not limited to, corporate books and records Cohen concealed from LA Superior Court when he filed his retaliatory lawsuit against me.  He was well aware that Agent Bill Betzer/IRS advised me to report his tax fraud to the IRS Fraud Unit on or about April 15 2005.  Robert Kory testified about you and your position on certain matters which is clearly hearsay.  What is not hearsay is your letter that was included in an IRS binder the prosecutor handed my lawyers on April 9, 2012 during my trial.  Of course, no one can understand how a Deputy City Attorney can argue issues related to the IRS, federal tax matters, federal tax forms Cohen is required to provide me, etc. but this is LA Superior Court and anything and everything goes.  In fact, you don't have to be served; corroborating evidence is not necessary; and if you're a fraud celebrity - you can take the stand and lie through your teeth. 

My question is this - why is a letter from you to me dated January 25, 2005 in an IRS binder that Robert Kory evidently provided the prosecutor.  Robert Kory doesn't represent me and this raises very alarming legal issues.  I changed accountants in 2004 so for you to say you resigned in January 2005 is preposterous, absurd, and outrageous.  I know you advised me - with Stuart Fried (Grubman, Indursky) on the phone that your letter to Cohen re. his tax liability and the $1 million and $7 million ordinary income 1099s from Sony was a cover your ass letter and I'm assuming this letter is as well but my question remains - why would you lie about resigning and why was this letter given to Leonard Cohen's entirely deranged lawyer who has relentlessly targeted me since 2004. 

Keep this in mind - I handled NOTHING having to do with corporate entities.  I transmitted what you requested.  Period.  You were in contact with Richard Westin so your logic is psychotic and inconceivably rotten. 

I have another question - why do I have K-1s from Traditional Holdings?  Cohen said I wasn't a partner and yet his tax lawyer prepared and transmitted these to the IRS - without providing me with copies.  Give that some thought.  I am presently discussing this with the IRS.
