NOTE: Speaking factually about Leonard Cohen is not an attempt to destroy his reputation. However, what Leonard Cohen has done to Phil Spector is an outrage that now includes three versions of his gun story before two judges at LA Superior Court. Two of these versions were told in my deranged Intent to Annoy Leonard Cohen trial. Did my son´s Whole Foods accident annoy Leonard Cohen? Did his statements presented to Phil Spector´s Grand Jury annoy Leonard Cohen? Does the IRS annoy Leonard Cohen? I think the people who friended Phil Spector on Facebook had the opportunity to defriend that page. No one did. Susanne Walsh, Leonard Cohen´s fan, took it upon herself - no doubt with the approval of Cohen, Kory, and Rice - to insert herself into a matter involving Phil Spector and his freedom. I think men like Stan Garnett, District Attorney of Boulder, can decide for himself what he wanted to read when he friended the Free Phil Spector Facebook Page. The lengths Leonard Cohen has gone to silence people is astounding. Unfortunately, for him, Judge Larry Fidler´s clerk and the Grand Jury Adviser seem to think his variety of versions of the Phil Spector gun stories are significant enough to bring to the attention of Phil Spector´s legal team and the District Attorney of Los Angeles. Walsh is a stranger and an adult and it was and remains utterly inappropriate for her to lure my minor son into communicating with her privately. The same is true for Gianelli and others with respect to both of my sons, The fact that Leonard Cohen is aligned with these dangerously unstable individuals supports what I felt to be the case - that his long history of psychiatric problems, drug and alcohol abusr, etc. has taken a permanent toll on the man who has no problem lying through his teeth to judges, jurors, and the news media. No amount of slander will change the fact that Leonard Cohen has now stolen from me, Phil Spector, and Steven and Marty Machat . Nor will it change the fact that Canada´s National Treasure cannot live in Canada due to tax and residence issues and Cohen committed what definitely appears to be criminal tax fraud. The farudulent obtained refund does NOT close the case against the allegations I brought to the IRS. I was instructed, by the Treasury agents, to report the tax fraud to Agent Tejeda-IRS over a year after Cohen yet again defrauded the U.S. government. I think the U.S. government knows when the advised me to report the tax fraud to Agent Tejeda-IRS and the fact that Cohen took the stand and lied to extensively is truly deranged. Does Leonard Cohen want the world to view me as a crack whore? That´s because this man is a vicious misogynist and narcissist. As Irving Layton said ... the problem with Leonard Cohen is he is a narcissist who hates himself. He also appears to hate Phil Spector. I hope I was able to help Phil Spector by nailing Cohen in his perjury during my trial.

"FREE PHIL SPECTOR"
In the summer 2012, a "suggestion of interest", popped up on my
Facebook site, when I checked it out it was called "Free Phil Spector"
and that it was created for supporters of PS to prove that he was
innocent and set up". It only took me a few seconds to figure out that
the creator was Kelley Lynch, there were only one other commenter,
namely Ann Diamond. As with all other blogs from Ms. Lynch, the
content was about 10% about Phil Spector and 80% the usual lies,
slander, attacks and attempt to destroy the reputation of Leonard
Cohen and Stephan Gianelli. Of course I couldn't help myself to make
my own comments, which immidiately released a barrage of attacks on me
(I expected that), I was also accused of "targeting her "minor" son,
luring him into a private communication, that I was probably a
pedophile and should be investigated by Interpol (I live in Europe).
As the comments from Lynch became more and more vulgar and abusive,
with among other things strongly suggesting that Ann Diamond produced
evedince of Leonard Cohen's alleged abuse of his daugther, I did
indeed report the site to the Facebook administrators, I pointed out
the slanderous character of the site, and I received a "Thank you"
from the Facebook people, assuring me that the site would be closed
down, and it was.
So there you go Ms. Lynch, you no longer need to speculate that I
"targeted" your "important" site to free Phil Spector, it had nothing
to do with Spector, just yet another attempt to harm Mr. Cohen (and
Mr. Gianelli) and yes, I did get the disgusting site closed down.
