I have advised you relentlessly to cease and desist.  Feel free to review the cease and desist I sent to you, Robert Kory, Michelle Rice, and Jeffrey Korn.  You have criminally harassed, stalked, threatened, intimidated, insulted, and slandered me, my sons, sister, friends, business associates, and others.  You have harassed and attempted to intimidate nearly every witness who has provided the Court with a declaration.


You personally forwarded me evidence that IRS blocked your emails as harassing.  People have asked their lawyers to speak with you and numerous individuals have gone to law enforcement.

You were not part of my 2012 trial, are not an attorney of record, appear to be moonlighting for the Spector prosecution, argue Phil Spector prosecution theories online, and definitely seem to be an informal member of Leonard Cohen's legal team.  

I never sent my alleged prosecutor an email saying I want to "kill" her.  I sent FBI and DOJ an example of the types of false threats being used to prosecute people in Los Angeles.  Furthermore, we are permitted to parody our government.  Please see ACLU's recent lawsuit over that issue.  I tend to doubt the FBI and CIA believe I appointed my FBI and CIA directors, am not President of the United States, married Ron Burkle (who you have also harassed) in the Rose Garden, or instructed my Attorney General to prosecute Steve Cooley.  After all, David Mamet was clear that Phil Spector was railroaded and people generally want prosecutors held accountable.  You are not the attorney of record for the City or County.  Their names are contained on the attached notice informing that I intend to litigate these and other issues.  That would include the fact that every word in my trial was and remains a lie - including with respect to IRS and federal tax matters.

You do not speak for federal law enforcement.  In fact, you routinely lie to IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, ICE, FTB, and others.  

I have nothing whatsoever to do with Paulette Brandt's Small Claims case but you are now arguing directly with the Court who awarded Paulette Brandt $6,700.  Your client, Karina Von Watteville, informed numerous parties (including the mediator) that her evidence was related to the fact that Robert Kory told her to sue me.  The IRS, FBI, and DOJ were copied on my handful of emails, over the course of months, addressing her slander and other conduct.  At the second Small Clams hearing, your client was ranting in the hallway (when she was ordered to show evidence that she failed to do) about Leonard Cohen, Robert Kory, and ICE.  I never mentioned ICE.  The mediator advised me to bring her conduct to the attention of the Court.  I now intend to do that and will submit declarations to Judge Hess about the situation.  

I was not served Leonard Cohen's lawsuit and also intend to file a federal RICO suit.  I will address that with the federal court.

You are the person that has continued to harass me.  You continue to harass Paulette Brandt, Linda Carol, my son, sister, and others.  My sister's lawyer advised you to cease and desist years ago.  I have no remorse.  Judge Vanderet is the individual who should express remorse.  I've yet to see that on the part of these individuals who demand it.  They also cannot hold themselves or prosecutors, lawyers, etc. accountable.

I have been in contact with FBI and anyone who files a false complaint about me will be sued.  

I have asked Judge Hess to refer Leonard Cohen, Robert Kory, and Michelle Rice for perjury prosecutions and disciplinary action.  Your criminal harassment since I filed that document (and, in fact, leading up to it) has been out of control.  This situation has already been brought to the attention of the Court and of course the federal agencies copied on my emails.  That includes your not-so-veiled threats about your alleged Mafia connections.  And then there are your remarks that I should die.  I remain convinced that you wrote the "bloody stump" letter.  No one on earth will convince me otherwise.  I've asked IRS, FBI, and DOJ to investigate that matter.

The following sentence from your response to my request to investigate you under the federal harassment about Judge Vanderet (who presided over your 2012 criminal harassment trial and sentenced you to 18-months in jail) says it all:

“I have been quite clear - Judge Vanderet lied from the bench and that includes with respect to IRS matters.” (Italics mine.)

To sum up, your victim lied, his attorneys lied, the prosecutor lied, your public defenders ( who conceded that you sent the emails and left the voice messages upon which you were convicted) lied, and the trial judge who sentenced you lied and Captain Horvath (who brought the court’s attention to your harassment of District Attorney Steven Cooley at your sentencing hearing) lied.

In other words your defense to my allegations is that everyone is lying except YOU.

I suppose that would include the three judge appellate panel who affirmed your conviction on direct appeal and concurrently denied your petition for writ of habeas corpus?

I rest my case.

I don’t know what world you are living in, but here in the REAL WORLD the United States Department of Justice, the FBI and Homeland Security (“ICE”) do not tend to accord credibility to convicted criminal harassers like you who claim that “every word” in their criminal trial “was a lie” and/or whose probation is revoked because they sent their trial prosecutor an email saying “you’re on my kill list” where the underlying case involved emailed death threats to their victim and/or who email the  County District Attorney whom they fault for a friend’s murder conviction advocating for his “execution” and adding “this is no joke, this is reality” – then (much later) claiming it was only a “joke” or a “parody”.

Nor does the federal law enforcement and security apparatus have any sympathy for people like you who use cc’s to federal law enforcement agencies as a weapon to create the fear of an audit or investigation or prosecution or deportation in people they are angry with or want to persuade to pay a small claims award or to walk away from their valuable civil claims – as you have recently with Karina Von Watteville and over the last decade with hundreds of victims.

Up to now you have been dismissed as a “crazy” but you are causing real harm to real people and your pattern includes tens of thousands of emails over a ten year time period through today. Both times you were incarcerated you immediately resumed your harassing behaviors described in this email immediately on your release, so a state court misdemeanor prosecution did not cause you to see the light. Indeed, Judge Vanderet, who sentenced you to 18-months in jail on April 17, 2012 remarked in the attached sentencing transcript beginning at official transcript page 636, line 23, that you showed “no remorse nor a glimmer of acknowledgement of wrongdoing for [your] behavior, even up to this moment [of sentencing].”

Judge Vanderet also observed at the same sentencing hearing that the only thing that caused you to stop your harassing behavior was the inability to engage in it because of your incarceration. (Ibid, p. 637: 10-13.) Indeed, when you were released from custody in 2012 and in 2014 (after the additional 6-months for your probation violation) you immediately resumed your pattern of harassing emails, cc to the IRS/DOJ/FBI and/or ICE.

By copy of this letter I am suggesting that more of your victims, Los Angeles law enforcement and the FBI/DOJ/ICE start communicating about a possible prosecution pursuant to 18 U.S. Code § 2261A and/or the extortion statute.

I believe this criminally harassing email from Gianelli is material.  He appears to defend Steve Cooley, Pat Dixon, Alan Jackson and Jack Horvath.

If you review the Truth Sentinel interview site on Phil Spector, and in particular Gianelli's slanderous comments, you will see that Gianelli actually does argue Phil Spector's prosecution theories online.  Those particular comments relate to Clarkson's DNA being on the gun and ammunition as well as the fact that the gun was not Phil Spector's.  Dennis Riordan's brief and Bruce Cutler's arguments to the jury (and comments to Mick Brown) confirm that the fact that this gun was not Phillip was raised.  In June 2009, after Gianelli communicated with Kory/Rice (per his own statements), he and Michelle Blaine targeted my blogs and email accounts.  I captured that evidence.  Michelle Blaine, who I view as the female Leonard Cohen, stole approximately $1 million
from Mr. Spector and went on a highly slanderous and disturbing campaign against him.  That's how people frequently conduct themselves when trapped in their lies and forced to confront their own actions.  Gianelli wrote that he worked, on two occasions, with the City Attorney of Los Angeles to have me falsely arrested.  I do not know this man and his campaign of harassment, witness tampering, stalking, and so forth, has been thoroughly documented.  He has gone to extreme lengths that include creating blogs dedicated to slandering me.  He does indeed appear to be an unofficial member of Leonard Cohen's legal defense team and is the individual who (being in possession of her email address) began writing prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter on or around November
20, 2012 slandering and lying about me.  I have every right to address slander, threats, false accusations, etc.  Recently, Gianelli wrote and advised me that I should remove my riverdeepbook.blogspot.com blog.  The attempts to silence me have been extraordinary.  And that is one of the reasons for Leonard Cohen's
use of fraudulent restraining orders.  He has advanced his inane narrative in the news media and does not want these matters heard on the merits.  Cohen has also used the entirely fabricated narrative, that willfully disregards all corporate books and records, to defend himself with IRS Agent Luis Tejeda.  That issue is going to be a very critical element of my RICO suit against Leonard Cohen.  His refusal to provide me with IRS required tax and corporate information; the fraudulent tax refunds he has obtained; mistake that was secretly "rectified" with respect to my ownership interest in these entities; 1977 tax memorandum and his off-shore accounts; and his refusal to rescind the illegal K-1s LCI transmitted to State of Kentucky and Internal Revenue Service will also be issues.


Gianelli, when he wrote confirming that he brought information to my attention about Phil Spector's matter before the federal court, attached civil minutes dated March 12, 2015.  Those minutes state:  "The Court has reviewed petitioner’s Motion for Issuance of Report & Recommendation, filed on March 10, 2015. The Motion is granted to the extent that the Court anticipates issuing its Report & Recommendation in this action by September, 2015. The Motion is  denied to the extent it seeks the issuance of the Report & Recommendation prior to that time."  The fact that a federal court will decide on Phil Spector's appeal brief is extremely material and relevant to Gianelli's ongoing criminal harassment.  

It is my personal opinion that Stephen Gianelli is using Karina Von Watteville to harass me.  I have documented her conduct and will now provide the Court with supplemental declarations. Gianelli also attempts to elicit information.  That explains why he writes about Cohen's failure to service, contacted and harassed nearly
every witness who provided me with a declaration (now submitted to Judge Hess), and works in tandem with numerous individuals.

I would strongly recommend that FBI review the forensic science Dennis Riordan and his colleagues addressed in their Brief.  People do believe a third party non-biased agency should review the Phil Spector case and specifically the forensic evidence.  Stephen Gianelli works in tandem with "Kelly Green."  That individual
appears to be a male lawyer who was posting on the Darwin Exception as early as 2007.  As I've said, and it's overwhelmingly obvious, the Darwin Exception was devoted to demonizing Phil Spector and glorifying Alan Jackson.  This particular post was underneath a blog "article" about Bruce Cutler's Open Statements.  I thought
perhaps a lawyer was actually providing these blog with this information throughout the trials.  Due to the fact that I refused to cave into Gianelli's extortionate demands about my blog, he began a new and slanderous blog.  Paulette Brandt, Linda Carol, and I are all being slandered there.  Who was the first person to post there with
Gianelli?  Kelly Green.  This is a highly coordinated campaign of slander, harassment, and terrorism that has now gone on for years.  It has been well documented. It has played out across the internet; via the mail and phone calls; and on blogs dedicated to Phil Spector's trials (Michelle Blaine's, Sprocket's Trial & Tribulations,
Darwin Exception, Gianelli's Law Blog, and now Gianelli's latest blog that I intend to sue Leonard Cohen over.  

Stephen Gianelli believes he is immune from prosecution.  He has sent me the U.S./Greece Treaty.  He issues not-so-veiled threats about his alleged Mafia connection.  He routinely lies to IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, FTB, ICE, and others.  He has attempted to infiltrate IRS and federal tax matters.  I have contacted Agent Wynar/FBI
again about the ongoing criminal conduct.  I have also been in touch with Agent Wynar.  I have addressed some of the lies and slander Gianelli sent to the District Attorney and City Attorney with both LAPD's TMU and Investigator Frayeh of the DA's office.  I have documented all of this for IRS, FBI, and DOJ.  Please see my
September 2009 letter to Alan Jackson.  Stephen Gianelil's harassment, slander, etc. was documented in there.  Gianelli has now publicly claims that Pat Dixon was somehow involved with the 2008 Boulder PD incident at Deneuve Construction.  I absolutely followed FBI's advice and asked the Boulder DA to investigate and contacted the Attorney General of Colorado.

It is no wonder that Steve Cooley himself would then publicly align himself with Leonard Cohen in targeting me.  Cooley should have been confronted on the witness stand.  And then there are Leonard Cohen's three versions of his Spector good rock and roll gun stories before LA Superior Court.  That issue does seem relevant as the version the prosecutors used in Spector's trial (and, according to Mick Brown, these statements or testimony were presented to the Grand Jury) was contradicted completely by Leonard Cohen's testimony.  What evidence did my prosecutor use to elicit Cohen's testimony about Phil Spector and a gun?  An April 18, 2011 email 
to IRS, others, and Dennis Riordan.  The prosecutor asked Cohen to review it and he confirmed that he was a recipient.  He lied about that.  This was obviously planned and I would assume the parties involved did not believe my lawyers and/or I would review the emails as Cohen was being questioned.  What did that email say?  Leonard Cohen advised me for 20 years that Phil Spector never held a gun on him.  The FBI should decide for itself what version of Leonard Cohen's gun story about Phil Spector the Los Angeles District Attorney believes.  Evidently, the weapon and Cohen's body parts are now interchangeable.  

And, it is obvious, that a great deal of Gianelli's harassment relates to the fact that there is a hearing before Judge Hess on June 23, 2015.  My federal RICO suit against Leonard Cohen will be filed shortly thereafter.  Leonard Cohen is not going to extort $13.8 million from me ($5 million damages and fraud financial interest) in a matter  I was not served; obtained fraudulent tax refunds using the fraud Complaint; or steal the intellectual property from me.  He should be held accountable for his actions or,  as one of his representatives noted, we should all stop paying taxes.

As I brought to your attention, and not the other way around, the Federal District Court for the Central District of California, by and through the Hon. Paul L. Abrams, Magistrate, has granted Phil Spector’s motion for issuance of the magistrate’s Report and Recommendation re: the disposition of Philip Spector’s pending habeas petition “to the extent that the Court anticipates issuing its Report & Recommendation in this action by September, 2015. The Motion is denied to the extent it seeks the issuance of the Report & Recommendation prior to that time.” (Bold highlighting original; see attached minute order.)

Once the report and recommendation is necessary because Mr. Spector refused to stipulate that the petition can be decided by a magistrate judge. Therefore, the magistrate will generate what is in effect a proposed order setting forth an analysis and proposed disposition, and it will be up to the judge before whom the matter is pending to adopt or not to adopt the recommendation.

The Report and Recommendation will issue by September, and then the judge has an indeterminate time to decide what to do. However, give the poor reputation of S.  James Otero in the defense bar, and his conservative leanings (Republican, Ronald Reagan appointee), my prediction is that he will deny the petition, and Mr. Spector will then move onto the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

In the unlikely event that Judge Otero did grant the petition, the People would no doubt appeal to the 9th Circuit as well, so win, lose or draw, Mr. Spector is unlikely to win his release, if at all, for another two years.

As to why all of this would make me, Leonard Cohen, or anyone else at all uneasy (let alone “desperate”) is unclear.

As for your intended federal lawsuit, you have been saying that ever since you first started emailing me in 2009, and with each passing month, as your communications get wackier and stranger (e.g., the below references to dominatrix’s and  “spanking magazines”)  that threat seems less and less likely to ever materialize. Nor is any such suit likely to last longer than it takes a federal district court judge to read it and sign a dismissal order on his own motion. Again, no source of great anxiety at all, let alone desperation.

But do have another bottle of wine ladies and/or another Twinkie and/or doobie or rock. Because at this point it’s just an addicts brain damaged ramblings – like the final scene in The Boost.

Apart from her declarations, why would Leonard Cohen want to retaliate against Paulette Brandt?  Give them some thought, Mike.  Why was he testifying about Phil Spector and a gun during my trial?  I willfully violated nothing and you now have the evidence proving why Boulder Combined Court told me (and others) the order expired on February 15, 2009.  Your prosecutor just made up an entire "theory" and lied about IRS matters.  I don't have the IRS required information from Cohen and just provided Judge Hess with my IRS transcript proving that and proving that illegal K-1s from LCI were transmitted to IRS.  Many federal matters have arisen that will be addressed in federal court.  That includes the illegal use of my SSN and Cohen's fraud refunds.  The entire matter before LA Superior Court is essentially Cohen's defense to the allegations re. criminal tax fraud.  That's why he rushed over to obtain a refund (totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars) using the Complaint - six months before the default was entered.  He understood I wasn't served the lawsuit.  

Leonard Cohen is obviously a desperate man whose greed caught up with him.  As far as I'm concerned, he should marry the grifter.

I have advised you relentlessly to cease and desist.  Feel free to review the cease and desist I sent to you, Robert Kory, Michelle Rice, and Jeffrey Korn.  You have criminally harassed, stalked, threatened, intimidated, insulted, and slandered me, my sons, sister, friends, business associates, and others.  You have harassed and attempted to intimidate nearly every witness who has provided the Court with a declaration.


You personally forwarded me evidence that IRS blocked your emails as harassing.  People have asked their lawyers to speak with you and numerous individuals have gone to law enforcement.

You were not part of my 2012 trial, are not an attorney of record, appear to be moonlighting for the Spector prosecution, argue Phil Spector prosecution theories online, and definitely seem to be an informal member of Leonard Cohen's legal team.  

I never sent my alleged prosecutor an email saying I want to "kill" her.  I sent FBI and DOJ an example of the types of false threats being used to prosecute people in Los Angeles.  Furthermore, we are permitted to parody our government.  Please see ACLU's recent lawsuit over that issue.  I tend to doubt the FBI and CIA believe I appointed my FBI and CIA directors, am not President of the United States, married Ron Burkle (who you have also harassed) in the Rose Garden, or instructed my Attorney General to prosecute Steve Cooley.  After all, David Mamet was clear that Phil Spector was railroaded and people generally want prosecutors held accountable.  You are not the attorney of record for the City or County.  Their names are contained on the attached notice informing that I intend to litigate these and other issues.  That would include the fact that every word in my trial was and remains a lie - including with respect to IRS and federal tax matters.

You do not speak for federal law enforcement.  In fact, you routinely lie to IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, ICE, FTB, and others.  

I have nothing whatsoever to do with Paulette Brandt's Small Claims case but you are now arguing directly with the Court who awarded Paulette Brandt $6,700.  Your client, Karina Von Watteville, informed numerous parties (including the mediator) that her evidence was related to the fact that Robert Kory told her to sue me.  The IRS, FBI, and DOJ were copied on my handful of emails, over the course of months, addressing her slander and other conduct.  At the second Small Clams hearing, your client was ranting in the hallway (when she was ordered to show evidence that she failed to do) about Leonard Cohen, Robert Kory, and ICE.  I never mentioned ICE.  The mediator advised me to bring her conduct to the attention of the Court.  I now intend to do that and will submit declarations to Judge Hess about the situation.  

I was not served Leonard Cohen's lawsuit and also intend to file a federal RICO suit.  I will address that with the federal court.

You are the person that has continued to harass me.  You continue to harass Paulette Brandt, Linda Carol, my son, sister, and others.  My sister's lawyer advised you to cease and desist years ago.  I have no remorse.  Judge Vanderet is the individual who should express remorse.  I've yet to see that on the part of these individuals who demand it.  They also cannot hold themselves or prosecutors, lawyers, etc. accountable.

I have been quite clear - Judge Vanderet lied from the bench and that includes with respect to IRS matters.  

Cease and desist, Criminal.  I have been clear about that.

I have been in contact with FBI and anyone who files a false complaint about me will be sued.

I don’t know what world you are living in, but here in the REAL WORLD the United States Department of Justice, the FBI and Homeland Security (“ICE”) do not tend to accord credibility to convicted criminal harassers like you who claim that “every word” in their criminal trial “was a lie” and/or whose probation is revoked because they sent their trial prosecutor an email saying “you’re on my kill list” where the underlying case involved emailed death threats to their victim and/or who email the  County District Attorney whom they fault for a friend’s murder conviction advocating for his “execution” and adding “this is no joke, this is reality” – then (much later) claiming it was only a “joke” or a “parody”.

Nor does the federal law enforcement and security apparatus have any sympathy for people like you who use cc’s to federal law enforcement agencies as a weapon to create the fear of an audit or investigation or prosecution or deportation in people they are angry with or want to persuade to pay a small claims award or to walk away from their valuable civil claims – as you have recently with Karina Von Watteville and over the last decade with hundreds of victims.

Up to now you have been dismissed as a “crazy” but you are causing real harm to real people and your pattern includes tens of thousands of emails over a ten year time period through today. Both times you were incarcerated you immediately resumed your harassing behaviors described in this email immediately on your release, so a state court misdemeanor prosecution did not cause you to see the light. Indeed, Judge Vanderet, who sentenced you to 18-months in jail on April 17, 2012 remarked in the attached sentencing transcript beginning at official transcript page 636, line 23, that you showed “no remorse nor a glimmer of acknowledgement of wrongdoing for [your] behavior, even up to this moment [of sentencing].”

Judge Vanderet also observed at the same sentencing hearing that the only thing that caused you to stop your harassing behavior was the inability to engage in it because of your incarceration. (Ibid, p. 637: 10-13.) Indeed, when you were released from custody in 2012 and in 2014 (after the additional 6-months for your probation violation) you immediately resumed your pattern of harassing emails, cc to the IRS/DOJ/FBI and/or ICE.

By copy of this letter I am suggesting that more of your victims, Los Angeles law enforcement and the FBI/DOJ/ICE start communicating about a possible prosecution pursuant to 18 U.S. Code § 2261A and/or the extortion statute.

What EVIDENCE was entered against me regarding "Steve Cooley?"  The email of April 18, 2011 that Streeter used to elicit testimony about Phil Spector and a gun?  Cohen testified that he was a recipient and he wasn't.  He just perjured himself.  He seemed to understand precisely what he was doing as well.  In any event, the prosecutor's concealment of the aspect of the thread to IRS Commissioner's Staff, etc. demands an investigation.  This happened repeatedly.  Read Horvath's letter.  He is a liar.  I wasn't on trial for Cooley and should have been able to confront him and his insanity.  This man conspired with Leonard Cohen.  The 9th Circuit was correct to permit the RETALIATION lawsuit against Cooley to go forward.  In any event, Jack Horvath is a liar.  They knew they rolled by my house in 2005 about Phil Spector.  Bennett told me the DA received an anonymous tip from a woman about my friendship with Phillip.  It was probably "Ira Reiner" who was representing Cohen at the time.  Maybe he disguised his voice.  That's a possibility based on what I've witnessed.  Gianelli's now defending "Jack Horvath."  I think that's fascinating.

Every word in Case No. 1CA04539 is a lie.  That includes every word by the prosecutor and her witnesses about IRS and IRS matters.  Let me quote my public defender:  the City Attorney is attempting to sabotage IRS; they want to discredit you; the DA does not want the Spector verdict overturned; and there may have been a "jury plant' on the jury.  My appellate attorney reviewed the record and concluded that my trial was an IRS matter that demands an IRS investigation.  Every word in that case is a lie.  LA Superior Court condones prosecutorial misconduct, willful Brady violations, witness perjury, fraudulent misrepresentations, and blatant attempts to obstruct justice.  They are also running a celebrity justice program.  I've addressed the fraud domestic violence program in LA.  

Many federal prosecutions should occur.  As Cohen's own former lawyer advised me - the IRS Commissioner himself should or will come in after Cohen and his representatives.  Cohen's former accountant believed this situation resembles ENRON.  I've provided you with the notes of his remarks.  Kory lied about him on the stand.  The accountant told me not to even speak to him about Robert Kory.  Machat refers to him as "Satan."  Machat refers to Cohen and Kory as "evil liars."  That's because they are.  Kory advised Karina Von Watteville (who owes Paulette Brandt rental arrears that she was awarded) to sue me.  She is now represented by the criminal stalker.  I would like you to review my son's declaration addressing this campaign of terrorism.


There is a hearing scheduled before Judge Hess (Cohen Case No. BC338322) and these individuals are obviously desperate.  Stephen Gianelli routinely lies to IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, ICE, FTB, and others.  He views himself as immune and finds it amusing.  He sent me the treaty between U.S. and Greece.  Leonard Cohen lied to Agent Tejeda.  His Complaint, which is an entirely fabricated narrative, was presented to Agent Tejeda.  His fraudulent tax refunds have been challenged with IRS and FTB and will be addressed in my federal RICO suit.  The City and County will be sued for my exposure to these criminals.  So will others.

In of Ms. Lynch’s contention that Capt. Jack Horvath’s letter (attached) re: Kelley Lynch’s death threats to Los Angeles District Attorney Steven Cooley was untruthful, I also attach a few pages of the attachment to the Horvath letter (Kelley Lynch’s email dated January 21, 2012, threatening Mr. Cooley with “execution”.

Obviously, neither the 18-month state court jail sentence Ms. Lynch served in 2012 nor the additional 6-month sentence for violating her probation she received in 2014 in Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 2CA04539 have been sufficient to deter her email threats and harassment, using cc’s to the FBI, IRS DOJ and ICE to create fear of prosecution and/or deportation in her hundreds of victims has not been sufficient to deter her and in view of the sheer number of emails, the 10-year long pattern of harassment, and the large number of victims, it is respectfully suggested that a federal prosecution under 18 U.S. Code § 2261A is needed.

Gianelli attached Horvath's letter.  I'll submit that as well with a note about the lies.  Brian Bennett rolled by my house in 2005.  I filed a Complaint with their Major Fraud Unit re. Cohen in 2006.  I sent Jack Horvath a letter.  What happens when you lie to a judge?  Anything?  It demands an investigation.  Steven Machat's name was highlighted.  I suppose that was a threat.
