Kelley Lynch FB Message To Roch Parisien Re Sylvie Simmons Absolutely Deranged Comments About Me And Leonard Cohen
Roch, I would appreciate it if you would refrain from slandering me. Sylvie Simmons is out of her mind. Leonard Cohen committed tax fraud. I reported it to the IRS. She has been to my blog and did not approach me for an interview. Leonard Cohen concealed, from the court, the fact that I own 15% of all his intellectual property. I have the corporate books, records, notarized documents, stock shares, etc. to prove this. This woman is truly mad. She contacted Phil Spector for an interview for this book and Leonard Cohen now has three versions of his Phil Spector gun stories before LA Superior Court.
I took nothing from Cohen. He borrowed millions from his so-called retirement account and that was evidently dangerous to the structure and the IRS can overturn it. The lengths this man has gone to silence me are absolutely insane. He has also withheld commissions he owes me. Furthermore, he has stolen from Steven and Marty Machat (former manager/attorney) and evidently from Phil Spector. Simmons sounds like a groupie. I am presently writing a book on Leonard Cohen and know his archives well. I archived his entire body of worki. This man cannot stop lying and the only Judah in this story is Leonard Cohen. I've suggested to the IRS Commissioner's Staff that they read Simmons chapter on taxes. Cohen cannot live in Canada because of tax and residence issues. P.S. Cohen obtained a default judgment based on fraud, concealment, perjury, etc. He retaliated because I went to the IRS. Period. I wasn't served his lawsuit. I was not served or notified of the default judgment. This man is utterly pathetic. I'm going to be that annoying author and say, 'It's all in the book', because it is, and it's too long to summarise, other than with a glib oversimplification. First of all, I take issue with it being karmic justice for Leonard's bad behaviour. I have no evidence that he hurt or used people any more than the average human being, and I'd say much less than the average artist/poet/musician/ celebrity. You cannot be an artist without some sort of self-absorption, and the laws of Karma, if they are just laws, would know that. My contention is that the laws of Karma worked in Leonard's favour, and far more efficiently in the courts of law, in getting his money back. As I wrote in the book, somewhat tongue-in-cheek but not entirely, if it were a bible and not a biography, Kelley Lynch (the manager who emptied his accounts) would have the Judas role – yes she betrayed him for money, but at the same time her betrayal led to the resurrection of his career as a performing artist and to this mass, worldwide adoration ever since.

I worked for Phillip and so did you. It was not like taking care of a child. Phillip didn't need to feel important.

perjure himself, etc. Also, just hang out in the courtroom with the DA's investigator. It absolutely looked like
a legal conspiracy. I'm so glad you confirmed that Phillip had no problems with women who wanted to see him/have sex with him. Their theory is that Phillip shot her because she wouldn't have sex with him. It is absurd.
Jackson doesn't like Phillip with bodyguards. He doesn't like seven lawyers. This is an entire DA's office with
unreal government resources. The DA's investigator was hanging out with Cohen at my intent to annoy trial - wasting taxpayer dollars while he tells his third version of a Phil Spector gun story that contradicts the version the prosecutor used against Phil and the one he wrote the prosecutor who lied through her teeth about me and referred to the DA and Alan Jackson constantly.
I have heard countless stories about these women going through his drawers and stealing from Phillip. Janice
told me. Aphrodite Jones is despicable. As we know, Clarkson's friend has now said she wanted to buy a gun and blow her brains out or something like that.
Phillip was scared that Clarkson was learing according to Jackson. It's is like watching stark raving lunatics and
bald faced liars. It's interesting that we have none of these experiences. Janice hasn't had these experiences either.
Phillip has no problems with women. He's been a great friend to me for years and years.
And it is shocking that the driver was rewarded with a green card. DeSouza will never forget Phillip's words, per
Jackson, but Cohen can't recall is the gun was held to his head, chest, neck, etc. He just makes it up as he goes along and it's fine with the DA. Their investigator will even lunch with Cohen on the taxpayer's dime while I am targeted.
The jurors wanted proof? I've heard from an investigator that Juror #9 was all over Sprocket's blog before the verdict.
Truc Do's also out of her mind. She's now a copyright lawyer. Ms. Forensic Science, no doubt. These people are evil and I've had the unfortunate rotten karma to see them up close and personal. A friend of mine works for a news gathering agency in Canada and saw Blainé's blog and some of the attacks on me on various blogs and understood that these people are INSANE.
Well, Phillip didn't marry Blaine and she wasn't a witness. I wonder why, Paulette? Right - she's a liar.

I know that you toured last time partially because of your financial situation. The tour must have taken care of that, so what would drive you to tour again?
I was able to restore my tiny fortune within a year or so, but I kept on touring. It wasn't exclusively that unique situation. Touring is like taking the first step on a walk to China. It's a serious commitment, so there are a lot of factors to be examined.

He is one of the most cold-hearted, calous men I have ever met in my life. If his fans don't like that then they should feel free to remain delusional. Adoring journlists seem to love Leonard Cohen's carefully crafted victim story.

I misappropriated nothing from Leonard Cohen. He has stolen from me; withheld commissions; and literally owes me millions. His greed and arrogance got the best of him. He was not broke either. That story usually involved Phil Spector and a highly embellished bogus gun story. Leonard Cohen decided to fashion himself as a victim and the news media ran with it. And, since he was hanging out in the courtroom with the DA's investigator at my insane Intent to Annoy Leonard Cohen trial, one can safely assume the DA decided not to prosecute him for fraud, theft, etc. after I filed my Complaint with their aptly named Major Fraud Unit because they have to keep him credible. Paulette sent me a lovely link featuring Blaine on Aphrodite Jones. The system works beautifully for the criminal. I've watched it before. It's a complete disgrace. Michelle Blaine is a complete disgrace. She targets Phillip, steals from him, and then goes on an all out crusade to destroy hi reputation. I think she got rid of everyone in Phillip's world - you, Morgan, Janice, and others. She targeted me on the internet and has repeatedly - with others she's hooked up with - had my blogs, etc. taken down so I can't speak freely about Phillip. It has been a highly coordinated campaign of harassment with some insane lawyer in the Bay Area targeting me, my children, parents, friends, and everyone in my life. He's affiliated with Cohen and may have found a sympathetic ear with prosecutor Alan Jackson about me. Clearly, it all relates to keeping Cohen credible. I view Blaine as the female Leonard Cohen - a liar and a thief.
It is so interesting that the prosecutors never contacted you; the news media wasn't interested in hearing what you had to say - having worked for him for years and knowing him since you were a teenager. The de riguer garbage gun stories sell. I was at the Carlyle for that incident and Phillip didn't have a gun. I'm fairly certain we met up with Jericho in the lobby when I forced Phillilp to go downstairs to complain that a woman got into his room somehow and was hiding in his bathtub. I had stopped over to see him. I worked for him in 1988 and 1989 but Ogden said she did. The lies are inconceivable. Blaine's a vulgar, bitter, and hostile woman who has obvious motive. You can just see the illegal driver calling Blaine. It's a perfect storm - the woman who stole from him waiting to ambush him.
And then, the DA glorified a woman with a drug problem who appears to have played kinky sex games with guns.
Well, Paulette, I know one thing - the system works beautifully for the criminal: see Leonard Cohen and his insane INTENT TO ANNOY trial against me. The man owes me millions; lies through his teeth; committed tax fraud; and now has three versions of his insane Phil Spector gun story before LA Superior Court. And what was he doing - sitting there with his lawyers and PI hanging out with the DA's investigator. It was an remains sickening.
I would like to point out that the DA dragged me into Phillip's matter. Just showed up at my house unannounced. An anonymous tip was placed to the DA about our friendship. I would assume it was Cohen.

An investigator told me Sprocket is also the mouthpiece for Clarkson's mother who, as we know, wanted money from Phillip. Take a look at her vile and deranged blog. She has also targeted me. She's become some kind of blogger for trials and appears to have Alan Jackson's ear.
A young girl in the UK put up a Free Phil Spector Petition and it was targeted and she received a death threat. These people are insane. Clarkson's former publicist, Ed Lozzi, is a lunatic who actually told me that he called the prison to tell them Phillip could take out a hit from there. These people are right out of the hell realm and they are dangerously unstable and stark raving lunatics.
