Mr. Riordan, As Phillip's attorney, I think it would be prudent to review the transcript of my so-called trial for perjury Cohen engaged in that relates to Phil Spector.  Cohen testified about an automatic weapon being pulled on him by Phil Spector.  I have NO IDEA why.  I will copy and mail you the copy of Cohen's email to Deputy City Attorney and bald-faced liar, Sandra Jo Streeter, about Phillip and LA County Sheriff's Department.  I now understand why Detective Tomlin didn't call me back.  He is one of the two LASD detectives I met at Cohen's house. I was blown away when I saw this email because Cohen told me he advised the Sheriff's Department that Phillip never held a gun to him and that these were good rock 'n roll stories.  I never spoke to Steve Cron (my attorney so Cohen lied when he said he had attorney/client privilege with the man who told me to leave because I didn't want to be dragged into Phillip's matter NOT because he had attorney/client privilege in an interview with detectives from the Sheriff's Department which sounds deranged from every perspective) about the details of that interview and didn't realize Cohen began lying about Phillip at that very moment in time.  When I saw the comment about a possible "accident" in the email to Sandra Jo Streeter, I was ill.  Cohen is using Lana Clarkson's death to further attack Phil Spector. I will also mail you a copy of Mick Brown's email to my public defender.  Brown was confused and that's what led me to believe Cohen testified before the grand jury.  Brown understands now that Cohen's statements were submitted to the grand jury.  I have no idea why these issues were raised at my trial.  The restraining order issues were mere after thoughts.  Streeter intended to help Cohen with his IRS issues and the DA with their Phil Spector matter that does involve Leonard Cohen's lies.  I told Viramontes that Cohen was clear for 20 years - Phil Spector NEVER held a gun on him. For the record, I will bet you my life that Sylvie Simmons has slandered me in her book about Leonard Cohen.  I'll read it carefully.  It will prompt my memory and remind me of incidents, etc.  She was very cleveer to interview everyone but me.  I was Cohen's personal manager for 17 years, had an intimidate personal relationship with him (on and off) for 20 years, and that's not relevant to his life.  Cohen must have been delighted with her book.  No wonder he plied her with food, wine, and his courtly good manners.  Ted Bundy also had good manners.  This is how Cohen disarms people.  It evidently works - see Detective Jose Viramontes at LAPD. Someone - probably Kory - said that in the voicemail that was played in court I addressed all tax issues that I created.  I’m evidently sophisticated and understand intricacies.  I never once handled a tax matter.  Cohen himself testified that his lawyers took care of all corporate books and records.  He also testified that the income from “Dear Heather” was on the forensic ledger.  He now knows what a K1 is - he finally asked his lawyers.  Most people, according to the lunatic prosecutor, don’t know what the Franchise Tax  Board is because most people in California evidently don’t pay California state taxes.  The judge didn’t want to hear the answer to this question and sustained it but permitted Cohen to testify about my son’s Whole Foods matter - to Robert Kory:  Did you contact City National Bank and ask them to freeze Miss Lynch’s assets?  I believe Boies Schiller felt this was criminal activity.  It’s interesting that Boies Schiller understood that Cohen and Kory wanted me to participate in criminal activity but Detective Viramontes doesn’t understand it.  He doesn’t understand that a man would destroy my life and lie about me when he’s a celebrity apparently.  This tells me that Viramontes is impressed with celebrities. In any event, I don’t think I want to look at this information right now.  I’m still quite ill and it makes me sick.  Kory wrote that I am using communications from the IRS to defame Mr. Cohen.  That’s a bald faced lie.  Cohen has accused me of using the threat of an IRS investigation to attempt to “extort” the resolution of civil claims, according to Kory’s letter to Agent Tejeda.  I have never once attempted to extort a civil resolution of any sort whatsoever.  What is the punishment for lying to the IRS, providing fraudulent information, etc?  Evidently there are criminal penalties.  Kory is clear about that.  So am I. Nikhil Ramnaney figured out every single issue.  He was clear with the jurors - I am a whistle blower and this is retaliation.  Nikhil's not a bald faced liar like Sandra Jo Streeter.  In any event, I don't want to focus on the appeal today.  I want to focus on recuperating from asthma, bronchitis, etc.  A friend of mine's calling me shortly.  I'll discuss Viramontes and that nasty episode with him.  I feel as though I was talking to an absolute con artist and really hate to say that. I don't actually like to call people liars but I continue to feel like Doron Weinberg who appeared absolutely frustrated in Phil Spector's matter because he was surrounded by LIARS.  That is how one feels. Hailey, I am noticing more lies and misinformation in your articles and feel entitled to advise you of the facts and the truth, unless those types of details are bothersome.  See my comments in the text.  I will note that Mick Brown at least had the decency to correct his lies and slander about Sharmapa.  Of course, Sharmapa had to back the man into a corner from which he could never rebound and decided to use a website to highlight his shameless lies, about a situation he will never understand. Perhaps an intelligence agency, such as the FBI, can understand what Indian intelligence understands about the dreadful Karmapa Controversy. Mick Brown never will.  You clearly have no idea what you are talking about.  My relationship with Leonard Cohen - that was personal and intimate - spanned 20 years.  I don't view myself as this fraud who has Europeanized himself's "LOVER."  The word annoys me and reminds me of a French film noir film.  I'm not interested in affectations and leave them to the extremely affected Leonard Cohen who has now managed to turn himself into an aristocrat.  Detective Viramontes, who never spoke to me or communicated with me (and I have read the law and it is very clear that law enforcement had the responsibility to advise me that there as an order in place and this man knew where I lived and had my email addresses so he can forget about lying over this issue ..., it is NOT a Berkeley PD matter) just believes Leonard Cohen. He has NO IDEA what is going on.  He has a report filled with lies and he doesn't understand the word "allegedly."  He has no idea what's going on here. A Leonard Cohen Fan, No Doubt About It

A woman, perhaps, that I don't know spent a "weekend" with me approximately 20 years ago.
She is lying about me and she is lying that I call anyone drunk at 10 AM.  Yes, drugs and insanity
are a dangerous combination - see Leonard Cohen, details about his drug abuse in many news
stories, on Dr. Heck Of A Guy's website (where this post was found so thank you Leonard Cohen
fans for further slandering me for your sage), and elsewhere.  Leonard Cohen has done drugs for
many years.  He has given interviews about it.  The situation is well documented.  And yet
he testified that I attempted to assail his reputation and family.  The man cannot stop lying.  I intend
to review every lie with my appellate attorney and we are now seriously getting into details regarding
the appeal.  Cohen, who was pouring over my emails but still couldn't be bothered to hand over
the tax documentation I need, can read the appeal when it's filed.  No further public comments
will be made about that matter.  I am, however, emailing details about it to the IRS, FBI, DOJ,
and Treasury.  Detective Viramontes has now called Agent Luis Tejeda who did indeed speak to
my public defender and was meeting with IRS lawyers about testifying at this insane trial.  The
judge willfully prohibited this.  In any event, Denise is willing to do Cohen's dirty work for him.
She doesn't know me.  No one called Denise saw me often.  I'm touched that she thought I was
beautiful, sophisticated, kind, generous, outrageous, and incredibly smart?  All of this is now coming
into focus and that includes Detective Viramontes who should NOT give people legal advice
or legal interpretations of laws.  That exceeds the scope of his job.  Perhaps one day he will get
the details regarding Leonard Cohen, the IRS, State Franchise Tax Board, etc. straight.  He
seemed to have every detail confused.  I am not a "stalker" and that's why the DA didn't charge
me with stalking Cohen.  I haven't been near this man in 7 years and wouldn't go near him if my
life depended on it.  When he met with my lawyers, I wouldn't agree to attend the meeting.  I wonder
why Viramontes thinks Cohen offered me 50% community property.  Neither mind.

I’ve known Leonard’s ‘excessively creepy’ stalker for almost 30 years
and I am deeply saddened by all of this. In 1990 I spent a memorable
weekend in New York with Kelley and Leonard and throughout the years
I’d see Leonard occasionally and Kelley often. She was beautiful,
sophisticated, kind, generous, outrageous and incredibly smart. Since
2004 I have received hundreds if not thousands of rambling emails from
Kelley. Whether they were about Leonard, Niel Greenberg, Phil Specter
or her ex-husband, Steve Lindsey, the emails were filled with threats,
conspiracy theories and faulty logic. The Kelley I knew 30 years ago
seems gone forever, and she truly was an exceptional person back then.
To see her now; homeless, penniless, and so full of anger and rage, is
heartbreaking. I hope that this period of incarceration allows Kelley
time to reflect and dry out as she’s often called me drunk at 10:00
am. Insanity and alcohol are a dangerous combination.

Hailey, Let me ask you a question Sharmapa asked Mick Brown after Brown wrote a slanderous, incendiary, horrendous book about the 17th Karmapa and made unbelievable accusations about the Sharmapa.  What are your journalistic ethics?  I, as Sharmapa noted, am the subject of your story and you could not be bothered to ask me personally for my side of the story. Detective Viramontes, who appears to be a dishonest man who fell for Cohen, is shameless.  He and LAPD are now standing between me and my federal tax return.  The man is now seemingly obsessed with Agent Tejeda/IRS.  Why the judge - who is shameless and proves that wealthy celebrities are celebrated in his courtroom - refused to permit Agent Tejeda to take the stand is inconceivably deranged.  Why wouldn't the judge permit my lawyers to argue that the order was invalid.  It is and I wasn't served.  My appellate attorney immediately understood that I had to be served and, from what I can tell, law enforcement (in other words, Viramontes) had an obligation to contact me.  He told me he attempted to do so and then moved into some garbage about Berkeley PD.  I have no further interest in talking to Viramontes.  Agent Tejeda can talk to him if he sees fit.  A detective from LAPD has called the head of a fraud group at the IRS in LA to ask them to speed up their investigation so I won't have to contact Cohen for my tax information again.  Does this sound like lunacy, Hailey?  As I told Viramontes - I know:  everyone in America would have sent Cohen thank you notes and flowers. I was in disbelief sitting there.  I would like to note, at this point, that the prosecutor asked him questions about being Jewish although he was Buddhist for the entire 20 years I knew him and I never once saw him go to anything even faintly resembling a temple. When he became friendly with Leon Wieseltier, and some others, he began having Friday evening dinners.  This happened sometime in 2003 and 2004.  Leonard Cohen testified that the Aryan Nation matter related to him.  That is a bald-faced lie.  I intend to post this on my blog because the lies here are extraordinary.  I did indeed meet members of the Aryan Nation while homeless in LA.  They are not my typical ilk of friend but some of them helped protect me and I appreciate that.  It's very dangerous for a single woman to end up homeless in Santa Monica.  At that time, I met my young friend Michael.  He told me about his family's history with the Aryan Nation, Cartel, and meth labs - in Dallas.  He told me a horrifying story involving an incident in Texas that I believe involved the FBI. Sometime much later, while in Boulder, Michael and I began speaking on the phone.  He views me as a mother figure and I was hoping he would stay on the straight and narrow.  His family asked him to pick up his former job as family meth cook and fortunately he did not. In one of these conversations, Michael mentioned that the FBI was holding his younger brother's ID.  He told me the FBI was investigating his dangerous and deranged uncle for his possible involvement in a murder in Dallas.  He also told me the FBI was curious about meth labs.  And, he told me he felt his uncle would murder both him and his younger brother, who I also spoke with.  Since I am NOT an FBI agent, I can assure you that I did NOT want to hear this information.  I also heard other information and initially decided to call the Denver FBI.  I don't think the Duty Agent there was aware of the issue with Michael, his family, and the Dallas FBI. I, therefore, decided to contact the DOJ (with Michael copied in) to report the fact that Michael was afraid his uncle would murder both him and his brother. As for drugs, google Leonard Cohen and drugs.  Visit Dr. Heck Of A Guy's site for a list of the pharmaceuticals this man has used.  He likes to plunge.  He has used meth, heroin, LSD, downers, you name it and yet he has the audacity to take the stand and testify that he thought I was attempting to assail his reputation.  Leonard Cohen's decision to abuse drugs and alcohol is not my attempt to assail him or his family. This relationship did NOT get messy.  Leonard Cohen heard - in October 2004 - that I had made a decision to report his tax fraud to the IRS. I had my suspicions for a number of years and my lawyers were clear - the facts indicate very clearly that I did everything to attempt to find out what was going on.  The fact that Hailey, and her fellow journalists, have given Cohen a Get Out Of Jail Free Card is appalling.  Leonard Cohen cannot live in Canada.  He has tax and residence issues there. I have made NO DEATH THREATS whatsoever - not to Leonard Cohen and not to Steve Cooley, two insufferable ego maniacs who like to throw their power and weight around and rough up innocent women.  Leonard Cohen, after being interviewed by Mikal Gilmore, TOLD me that he would like to die by firing squad.  I noted that he should.  Do I have a firing squad?  I said the District Lunatic, if it COULD be proven that he set up an innocent man who was given life in prison and he is 73 years of age (Phil Spector) should receive the gravest penalty of all:  the death sentence.  Captain Jack Horvath evidently can collect a paycheck but he cannot read. As for Detective Viramontes - I intend to speak to my attorney about a potential lawsuit against this man.  He told me, pleading Cohen's case, that Leonard Cohen doesn't know I'm just a woman sitting behind a computer.  Yes he does.  I know Leonard Cohen.  Viramontes is making it up as he goes along.  And, trust me, I had to be served or notified of the California order.  In fact, it seems as though Viramontes himself (or law enforcement) were obligated to contact me and give me reasonable notice that it existed in California.  That never happened and I doubt that man tried to contact me.  What's his excuse?  He didn't have my email address?  His obsession with the IRS is preposterous.  I asked him if he thought penalties and interest in the vicinity of $30 million (as of 2004) on three Cohen entities was enough for Cohen to destroy my life.  I think Viramonte is a disgrace to mankind. I have no idea what an "intent to annoy" is but, if necessary, this issue is going to the U.S. Supreme Court.
