Once this complaint
is edited and finalized, I will mail a copy to Senator Lindsay Graham with a
request to investigate this situation thoroughly. That would
include, but is not limited to, the interference with federal tax matters,
fraudulent tax refunds, and VAWA funding fraud. I think my lawyer summed
it up perfectly: the City Attorney of Los Angeles is attempting to
sabotage IRS, discredit me, and the District Attorney of Los Angeles doesn't
want the Phil Spector verdict overturned. That would explain why the
entire 2012 trial proceedings were focused on IRS, federal tax laws, compliance
with federal tax laws, tax fraud, and Phil Spector. It is, of course,
relevant to note that former DA Ira Reiner represented Leonard Cohen and his
estate/trustee/lawyers continue to benefit from their fraudulent
conduct.
