I have updated my new evidence blog. Please keep in mind, regardless of the fact that IRS evidently blocked Gianelli's emails as harassing, he has attempted to contact IRS Commissioner's Staff and directed them to the Truth Sentinel site. Gianelli is blatantly lying on that site, slandering me, and arguing the prosecution's retaliatory case. He is also once focused on Alan Jackson and Steve Cooley. Therefore, one can safely assume that the Spector case remains of interest to the operative. I also believe Gianelli is in fact "John Law." I have asked IRS and FBI to investigate the fabricated email at issue. It is an altered, fabricated version of my email to IRS, posted on my blog on February 26th, to IRS addressing Robert Kory's entirely perjured declaration. That declaration raises issues related to criminal tax fraud and his probable role. Aiding and abetting criminal tax fraud is a crime. As attorney noted, IRS Commissioner himself should come in after Cohen's representatives. LA Confidential continues to obstruct justice and interfere with federal tax matters.
As for the outrageous governmental conduct, I have requested the transcripts of the hearing and will submit them to IRS, FBI, and DOJ for review rather than gossiping about the proceedings and eavesdropping.
