IRS, FBI, and DOJ,
I want to recap what is going on right now. The City Attorney's prosecutors have relentlessly lied throughout four recent hearings. I will review all transcripts privately with IRS. An individual, sandra123@gmail.com, continues to harass me, members of my family, my roommate, and others. I have once again received an utterly vile, vulgar email advising me that I should be raped, murdered, or commit suicide. That email also horrendously slanders Oliver Stone. Stephen Gianelli has continued to harass me and it appears to involve the IRS as he copied IRS although he previously sent me evidence that IRS blocked his emails as harassing.
I have requested a remedy from the California DOJ regarding Leonard Cohen's fraudulent domestic violence orders and the fraudulent domestic violence orders LA Superior Court continues to transmit into local, state, and federal databases. I have asked FBI for a remedy with respect to the federal databases they maintain.
I have two appellate briefs due within the next two weeks. It is quite clear that Kory & Rice are retaliating, with others, over the fraud upon the court appeal. If there is an adverse decision, that will be appealed to the California Supreme Court and then the US Supreme Court who does follow Hazel Atlas. I have a very difficult time understanding why LA Superior Court condones the use of fraud, perjury, and fabricated evidence to obtain verdicts, judgments, orders. This is an ongoing pattern and practice. All adverse appeal decisions will ultimately be appealed to the US Supreme Court. They have a very straightforward pro se process.
Once I have further details from my prosecutor today, I will file formal complaints summarizing last week's activity. I will continue to do this on a weekly basis now.
