IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

I generally have the time frames down re. probate.  We shall see who is appointed as the estate representative.  I do believe I should receive formal notice as a creditor of the estate and furthermore, Leonard Cohen willfully failed to provide me with IRS required tax and corporate information for the years 2004 and 2005.  That matter remains outstanding.    If I do not receive notice, and the estate enters into formal probate, I will file a claim against the estate.  Otherwise, I will file a lawsuit against the estate.  I do believe it would be unwise for the estate to engage in any type of probate fraud but, based upon what I have personally witnessed, I hold no illusions.

On another note, there are four appeals that involve me and Cohen before the Second Appellate Division.  The fraud renewal of judgment is due relatively soon.  As a personal representative must be appointed, I am requesting an extension.  That matter involves suspended corporations that have not been revived.  The Plaintiff, LC, Investments, LLC is now a cancelled LLC in California.  I have brought this to the attention of the Appellate Division and will do so re. the fraud renewal of judgment matter.

There are other outstanding matters that I am dealing with.

All the best,
Kelley

Kory & Rice,

I intend to file claims against the estate of Leonard Norman Cohen.  I also intend to pursue the IRS required tax and corporate information Leonard Cohen willfully and knowingly withheld from me.  I intend to litigate this matter with the estate, if necessary, and will involve IRS and FTB in any probate fraud.

Please notify when a personal representative has been appointed.  I will, of course, file my claims with LA Superior Court.
