Kelley Lynch RICO (racketeering) Lawsuit Filed Against Leonard Cohen & His Lawyers

On April 22, 2016, Kelley Lynch filed a federal racketeering suit against singer-songwriter Leonard Norman Cohen and his lawyers, Robert Kory and Michelle Rice.  The RICO suit details a ten year scheme to defraud, extort, discredit, and destroy Kelley Lynch and her sons.  Leonard Cohen has used an army of professionals to obtain fraudulent default judgments, dime-a-dozen restraining orders (issued without findings and used to gain litigation advantages), and publicists to advance his nefarious goals
