In case it's difficult to visualize, if I created a "Wanted Poster" about Von Watteville, it would look like this with the text from the Sam Menning estate trial brief. Linda Carol and I did not distribute any such "Wanted Poster." Gianelli is lying, as usual. I'm not in third grade and view this lawsuit as extortion. Once again, if Gianelli shows up for the trial, he should be arrested for his ongoing harassment, stalking, etc. of so many LA residents.

herein asserts that there has actually been a long history of financial abuse
of decedent Menning by Plaintiff. For
example, Plaintiff used decedent Menning’s credit cards on the date of his
death and the day after his death. The
use by Plaintiff was obviously fraudulent as she, as indicated, used his credit
cards after his death.
Plaintiff convinced decedent Menning, an elderly man, on occasion to loan her money or to
provide funds to her, but she never repaid the money.
The present action
is simply a long-standing attempt by Plaintiff to extract more money from
decedent Menning’s family, even after his death.
