IRS, FBI, and DOJ,
Would you please review this "wanted poster" of Karina Von Watteville. I did not create, distribute, or do anything with respect to this. I believe KVW made this poster. I can assure you that she doesn't look like this and only someone with motive would create such a glamorous "wanted poster." I think this was all pre-meditated, obviously. Cohen, Kory & Rice are being sued over this. It is being raised in my RICO suit and whatever damages KVW asked for, those are new injuries and will be addressed as such. If KVW relied on any fraud or perjury in Cohen's fabricated Complaint, fraudulent expense ledger, perjured declarations, or the trial - filled with lies about federal tax matters, etc. - KVW will be forced to prove those allegations and Cohen will be sued over them.
Gianelli wrote today and harassed me over PB's alleged inheritance. I have now sent you the inadvertent email I sent to Linda Carol. So that is how this information was allegedly transmitted to KVW and Gianelli.
As for any emails mentioned in her law suit, the court will be informed - and that includes the federal court - that I am documenting everything for IRS, FBI, and DOJ and this woman has attempted to interfere with a federal tax controversy; lied about Cohen's alleged criminal tax fraud; and has falsely accused me of stealing from Cohen.
If I'm not served in the next few days, I'll pick up the Complaint and file an answer and declaration. I don't trust KVW and her ambulance chaser, Stephen Gianelli. A case management conference will be schedule for somewhere around 120 to 180 days. I want to prepare interrogatories for Ms. Von Watteville. She's on social security but what other income does she have? She evidently hasn't worked in years.
I will prepare the interrogatories once my RICO suit against Cohen, et al. is filed. KVW's complaint will be attached as evidence of wire fraud. It's on LA Superior Court's website and the court is relying on it.
