I have a thought. Since, out of the blue, you sent me Michelle Rice's address, why not contact her directly and see if she has a room to rent. Perhaps Gianelli can hook you up. Let him know that you're a great roommate. Of course, you don't know Leonard Cohen or his lawyers so the email was truly mind-boggling. You can also contact your old friend, Karina Von Watteville, to see if she has a room available.
