IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

Gianelli is harassing me over Cohen's position that he was in CIA MKULTRA and Tax Court.  I don't fail to understand anything - including Gianelli's comments to me that, even if he tampered with my Tax Court Blog, he used Tor and therefore no one could ever prove it was him.  

Is Gianelli a Tax Court practitioner or judge?  Tax Court has jurisdiction over fraud upon the court.  I think Tax Court can ndeed refer matters, including with respect to destruction of evidence and evidence tampering to federal law enforcement.  The FBI has not declined anything and Gianelli has no idea what FBI and I have discussed in any event.

I don't have a "grievance" against Gianelli.  The man is engaged, and has been for over six straight years, in criminal conduct that includes the relentless targeting of my sons (and others) for over six straight years.  We shall see what Tax Court does about it.  I will file a document with Tax Court, regarding this situation, in the next day or two.  I am waiting to hear back from Word Press and just heard from Tor.  The Criminal's harassment won't change that fact.

You once again fail to understand the proper jurisdiction of the tax court.

The United States Tax Court is a court of limited jurisdiction and may exercise jurisdiction only as expressly provided by statute.  (See Freytag v. Commissioner, 501 U.S. 868, 870-71, 111 S.Ct. 2631, 2634 (1991).) In most cases that means that in order for the tax court to have jurisdiction over a matter, the IRS must sent the taxpayer a notice of determination pertaining to that matter 90 days or less before the date the petition addressing the matter is filed. Since that is not true in your case, the tax court has no jurisdiction over the matters alleged in your petition.

The tax court is not a  law enforcement organization. It does not “refer” third parties for “criminal investigation” pertaining to the alleged hacking of weblogs maintained by private persons.

If you think you have evidence that I committed a federal crime, why don’t you ask the FBI to investigate it yourself?

Oh, that’s right, you did and the FBI declined to do so.

In light of that, what do you expect the tax court (that does not even have jurisdiction over your pending petition, let alone everyone on your ling list of persons that you have grievances with) to do about it?

You have been advised to cease and desist.  I now intend to ask Tax Court to refer the blog matter, that I think involves you, to federal law enforcement for investigation.  I know you're proud that you use Tor but I don't think that program was created for criminal activity.

I know CIA is copied on my emails and I have indeed asked them for an interview re. MKULTRA.  

Are you now name dropping Alan Hootnick to me?  Well, if he's an intelligence analyst or operative, he must have figured out that you're a criminal and Cohen's a lying thief.

Cease and desist.  Your obsession with me, my sons, family members, friends, and others is positively psychotic.

You do know that Alan Hootnick is ex-CIA, don't you? 

He is familiar with MK Ulra, and according to him the program was unsuccessful and discontinued decades ago.
