Senate Judiciary,
Today I have been criminally harassed over the fraud DMV order in California; my Tax Court Petition (which has nothing whatsoever to do with a whistle blower award that I would never request or accept as I have advised IRS for years now); and my intention to file a federal RICO suit and federal action re. the Colorado order issued without findings that has somehow been transformed into a DMV order in Cali. Furthermore, Greenberg's lawsuit was clear - six months before Cohen obtained his first NON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CIVIL HARASSMENT ORDER - that Cohen and Kory planned to use fraud restraining orders to discredit me as a witness. Please review that lawsuit carefully. And review the statements I agree with. I was communicating with Boies Schiller. They wrote, and IRS should have this evidence, that they believed Cohen and Kory were attempting to engage me in criminal conduct. The lawsuit notes that this is based on information "heard by other witnesses." I know Boies Schiller had at least one detective in Los Angeles.
145. When these tactics to draw Lynch into his extortion scheme proved futile, Cohen and Kory … turned to far more aggressive means to obtain her cooperation. Indeed, as heard by other witnesses, Cohen and Kory vowed to "crush her," and planned to use restraining orders and other means to prevent her from serving as a credible witness regarding both Cohen's affairs and in regard to the scheme into which they had tried without success to draw her.
These issues haven't been litigated. It sounds like RICO, no? This is retaliation and Greenberg and his lawyers understood that Cohen and Kory planned to use restraining orders to discredit me as a witness. However, the situation is now positively deranged. I will be addressing this in federal court and there's nothing frivolous about any of this and that includes, but is not limited to, the individuals who terrorized my sons, coordinated custody matter, false arrest over the bogus SWAT incident, and my being dragged to Killer King. The Killer King file does not relate to me but was used in a custody matter. Greenberg's lawyer wrote, and I forwarded the email to IRS and spoke to FBI, that they have evidence related to criminal witness tampering on the part of Cohen, Kory, and others. They also appeared to have evidence related to their role in my false arrest and imprisonment re. SWAT. Cohen perjured himself over that issue during my trial. I didn't call LAPD. My sister was very clear that she had nothing to do with it and thought it was insane. Please review Rutger's declaration as it is highly material and explains why he has been targeted.
