Judge Hess didn't advise me which party I should speak with or address. He did seem to think a proposed order should be filed re email service. I don't know why two law firms couldn't have prepared and brought that proposed order after Jeffrey Korn withdrew as counsel and Daniel Bergman replaced him.
I have advised you that ..., the Executive Assistant for the Chief Justice of the California Supreme Court, was quite helpful with respect to my (at that time) ongoing research into DV-600. I have communicated with the Judicial Council about this issue. I am looking at your Motion for Sanctions requesting that I withdraw my Fraud Upon The Court Motion. Page 11 (#4) contains an argument that Michelle Rice "domesticated" the foreign Colorado order (non-domestic violence) and that is the genesis of my animosity towards her. I don't know any of you at all. I know your conduct and documents you file. You don't know me. I dispute this entire document and the farcical theories about Leonard Cohen and his lawyers who are not being harassed but have harassed me for years now - using tactics.
The foreign order cannot be registered in California using form DV-600. That is a domestic violence form that initially related to filing tribal court domestic violence orders in state court. The Colorado order is NOT domestic violence and the Boulder Combined Court was clear about that. I attached their letter to me to the Motion before Judge Hess. That document, and attachments, has evidence noting that the order expired on February 15, 2009. I've been clear about that issue.
Will you now take it upon yourselves to ask the Family Court to withdraw the registration of this order and re-file it as you see fit. I don't know why the burden has shifted to me. I would appreciate your response. I recently was at LA Superior Court and spoke with various individuals. It is a domestic violence order and LA Superior Court's website is clear about that.
There is nothing frivolous, harassing, etc. about this matter - apart from the fact that I have been relentlessly harassed over the "domestic violence" order. That's fine, right?
