Gianelli wrote that he is not representing this woman in a lawsuit against me. He's merely criminally harassing me over her. Karina Von Watteville should put her lies into a document and perjure herself. She'll see how I respond. ICE will be addressing these threats. Agent Tejeda received a subpoena. Gianelli just lies about that so it doesn't look like he's an informal member of Leonard Cohen's legal defense team. I am submitting my cease and desist letters to Judge Hess. I want him to understand Von Watteville's call to Robert Kory and argument to the Small Claims Court re. evidence and Leonard Cohen/Robert Kory.

Her call to Robert Kory is a serious legal matter.Furthermore, you already responded to my May 15, 2005 cease and desist letter to Von Watteville and continue to criminally harass me over her.I have similarly advised you today to cease and desist harassing me over witnesses who provided Judge Hess declaration (all targeted by you), Cohen's failure to serve me his lawsuit, and all other insanity you are engaged with. The IRS, FBI, and DOJ were copied on my handful of cease and desist emails, over a course of months, to Karina Von Watteville. ICE will have to address the threats you have raised. It's interesting that this situation involves two "green card" holders. That is material particularly given Leonard Cohen's egregious tax fraud. He merely used the fraudulent Complaint, and perjured documents, to defend himself with Agent Tejeda, IRS.
