Jeffrey Korn,

I am advising you that this slanderous and harassing conduct, that relates to Leonard Cohen, should cease and desist.  Do you think Phil Spector is amused by this activity - with Cohen's fan, Walsh, lying to Investigator Frayeh who was an investigator on his trial?  If you think that, you should seek psychiatric help.  I don't have substance abuse issues and calling me a drunken slut is not going to change that fact.  If Cohen wants to date the woman on the Wanted Poster (that she probably create) he should feel free to do so.  Evidently, all men fall at her feet.  Perhaps that's why Robert Kory provided her with advice after she received Paulette Brandt's rent demand letter.  

This situation remains unconscionable.  People, including your client and co-counsel, have lied to IRS, FBI, DOJ, FTB, Treasury, ICE, LA Superior Court, LAPD's TMU, etc.  I suppose lying does work.  However, I have challenged Cohen's fraudulent tax refunds and will absolutely file a federal lawsuit against Cohen.  I will also provide Judge Hess with all criminally harassing emails (including to witnesses who provided me with declarations) from the date the Motion for Terminating Sanctions were filed.  I will ask for additional sanctions.  That will include asking Judge Hess to address the blatant criminal witness tampering.

This woman is out of her mind.  I reported Cohen's criminal tax fraud.  It was not a false report.  He is the person who embezzled nearly $6.7 million from one entity alone.  He stole my share of intellectual property - and Machat & Machat's as well.  I wasn't served his fraudulent lawsuit which was used to defend himself with IRS Agent Tejeda.  That is perjured information that was presented to Agent Tejeda. The default judgment is evidence of theft.  Gianelli and Walsh clear function as Cohen's operative and lawyer.  Walsh and Gianelli believe they are immune.  

I phoned Investigator Frayeh and reviewed the lies Walsh just transmitted to him.  I don't have substance abuse issues and calling me a drunken slut is not a defense to theft, criminal tax fraud, etc.  Gianelli engages in blatant witness tampering and appears to be amused with his conduct.  I'm not in a beauty contest and Cohen should date Von Watteville.  

Jeffrey Korn has been asked to address this ongoing harassment with Gianelli and Walsh.  Kory/Rice, his co-counsel, were certainly able to communicate with Gianelli in May 2009 and Walsh frequently copied Rice on her emails.

Gianelli has now lied to ICE.  Walsh has lied to the City Attorney and District Attorney.  The issues relate to Leonard Cohen.  These people are obsessed.  Their conduct is completely out of control and criminal.  LA Superior Court, and many others, have exposed me and many others to dangerously unstable lunatics and criminals.

1.  Kelley Lynch did not "report" Leonard Cohen's criminal tax fraud, Cohen was never (by the IRS) suspected, accused, arrested or convicted of any fraud, he was refunded the taxes he paid on the money Lynch stole from him. Therefore, Lynch made false reports to the IRS.
 
2. Yes, Leonard Cohen DID accuse Ms. Lynch of stealing from him, he sued her and won the case. Could hardly be clearer. What Cohen said was, that he did not accuse Lynch of stealing from him AFTER they parted ways, in early 2000's.
 
3. Lynch accuses everybody of lying, stealing, defrauding, harassing, stalking, slandering, targeting, being alcoholics, drug addicts, mentally ill, involved with  the Mafia, child molestors, threatening, being obsessed with her, and being old, ugly and out of shape.
 
4.  Lynch lies in every word she speaks and type, she stole close to  ten million dollars from her boss and friend, she conspires to sue everybody who disagree with her, she is targeting, stalking, harassing Leonard Cohen, Robert Kory, Bruce Cutler, Stephen Gianelli, the IRS, FBI, DJO and numerous others. She is obsessed with Leonard Cohen, Phil Spector, Oliver Stone, Stephen Gianelli. She is obviously a very mentally ill and unstable, unattractive, overweight and out of shape alcoholic.
 
5. All the so called "declarations" from family and friends, to testify to Lynch's "wonderful" character and personality,  are a joke.  I am convinced that they are obviously written by Lynch herself Smiley Humørikon

I find it astounding that anyone who like  you as depicted in this fall,  2014 photograph would refer to another woman’s appearance in such a gratuitously disparaging manner  (let alone in mass emails to the law enforcement, the national media and others, let alone in reference to a person who is older but always been attractive and has obviously taken care of herself). This is just further evidence that your intent is to maliciously wound and that your capacity for self-delusion is boundless.

Do you ever look in the mirror? Because you could be fairly described in less than charitable terms.
