We have confirmed that the spam/hate blog of the person currently living in Boulder, Colorado, has been removed by Google.
We consider this the end of the matter, and unless and until there are actual additional criminal or civil court filings related to this matter, we will not be reporting further on this sadly demented person.
I think FBI will have to investigate whether or not Gianelli has Mafia ties. He certainly seems to allude to that fact. Please maintain all evidence re. your offices' communications with Gianelli (including all emails) and Cutler. He received a domestic violence related order, that he didn't request, and that is a huge legal issue now. There is no domestic violence order. There is fraud. I stand behind the three letters I wrote Cutler. Tell LAPD's TMU to contact me re. the "bloody stump" email slandering Oliver Stone, accusing him of criminal conduct, and advising me that I should be murdered. They should review the 14th Sheepdog moniker Gianelli created. This is a criminal and he thinks like one. Bring charges against me for being the recipient of a vicious, vile "bloody stump" email. I'll subpoena Oliver Stone. I want to know why you dragged him into my alleged trial anyway. Why? I didn't have sex with him and Leonard Cohen went into my younger son's father's office and falsely accuse me of this to stir up a custody matter. Oliver Stone will be on the witness stand. Make no mistake about that.
Do you represent Bruce Cutler. Tell Streeter to get his name straight. It's not Bob. Read the letters I wrote from jail. Is it your position that Phil Spector wasn't entitled to this information about Cooley aligning himself publicly with Leonard Cohen; your office eliciting testimony about Spector and a gun from Cohen; your prosecutor eliciting testimony about Cooley, Jackson, and Dennis Riordan? Is it your position that Phil Spector had no right to know this? Here's the evidence Cutler submitted. I stand by it. I don't think it is harassing. I think that it is addressing criminal conduct. His letter, submitted during Sentencing, is hearsay and he said he deleted any alleged messages. He lied about my creating new email accounts to evade something. Gianelli and Blaine targeted my email accounts and blogs.
We're going to litigate the bloody stump email anyway, Mike. See the claims I filed with the City and County. I included this email as evidence.
I've advised this criminal Mafioso wanna be to cease and desist his six year pattern of criminal harassment.
For the record, I never asked Mike Conzachi to represent me or investigate anything and have no idea why Gianelli sent me the nauseating appeal. Are you sure there's a budget crunch? I think DOJ should investigate it and audit. You're running a celebrity justice program and these celebrities are perjuring themselves, stalking and harassing people, using operatives, etc. One would have thought that LAPD's TMU (which is copied around the world) could figure out what my parrot could.
